First time visiting this cinema and I loved it! Very comfortable seating! I was in the IMAX auditorium and it seemed fairly new or well maintained. The staff was super friendly. Bathrooms were clean. Lots of parking available. Super cute overall. One of the best AMC theaters I’ve visited amongst other nearby states.

This is my go to theater of Mesa. Staff is always helpful and friendly, no attitudes here. Customer service today is now a rarity unfortunately so it’s a must I mention the staff here are amazingly helpful. If you are an avid movie goer they have an awesome membership for $25/mo to see 4 movies a week with no blackout dates and IMAX/3D included. That’s a steal! Bathrooms are always clean and i’ve never seen a messy theater in the past 6yrs i’ve been here. The seats are always comfortable and reclines. I’ve had issues before when my seat wasn’t reclining but they were quick to accommodate and address the issues. I’ve sat in the very front row due to last minute purchase and still enjoyed my view since I was able to recline further back almost laying flat in my chair looking at the screen. That was a nice addition as we all know first row is normally not ideal. This location is also in the same connected parking lot as many other restaurants, shopping stores, Dollar Tree (IYKYK), and a Walmart. Perfect fit your one stop shop, dine, and entertainment. Bonus: Tuesdays and Wednesdays are half price which is about $5 a ticket. Enjoy.

I absolutely loved the Prime Theater experience. The seats recline and it is comfortable and easy to find your seats. Not sure what is going on in the bathroom, but a lot of the restrooms were out of order. I went to see the new Anaconda movie. The movie is not an Oscar winner, but I enjoyed it. They did get an award in the movie. Lol I also loved the Gourmet Popcorn. I got half caramel and half cheddar. Yummy.

THE MOVIE WAS GREAT, THE AIR QUALITY WAS A BIOHAZARD. I’m giving this three stars because the actual cinema experience was excellent, but the lobby situation was a serious health concern. We arrived at 6:05 PM for the early screening of Michael, and the entire area was filled with a thick, visible cloud of smoke from burnt popcorn. The air was heavy with particles that you could literally see the haze under the lights. My mother, who suffers from respiratory issues, started coughing immediately and was forced to use her inhaler just to get through the lobby. It is incredibly frustrating that a routine trip to the movies turned into a medical necessity for her because the staff couldn't manage a simple concession station. Management Needs to Investigate I am calling on the manager to look into exactly who was on shift and manning the poppers at 6:05 PM on April 22. There seemed to be a total lack of urgency or care regarding the air quality. I have video proof of the smoke hanging in the air and will be attaching it to this review. It felt like the staff was completely indifferent to the fact that the building was effectively a smog zone. The only reason I am not giving a 1-star rating is due to the quality inside the auditorium.. Pristine Projection: The film looked fantastic with zero technical glitches. The seats were clean and the theater itself was well-maintained.

The metal popcorn bowls, the popcorn tasting homemade and the butter being real butter?? At least, it did not taste like the oily drip in stuff you get with those OTHER guys popcorn. This was great! Comforting and fun! Chairs recline, service is friendly and they come to you! Any movie is a good movie with great popcorn!
