The movie was amazing. All the workers looked like they didn't want to be ther not one smile. One worker forgot the butter on the popcorn and apologized so fast. We were like its ok wouldn't have noticed. On that note. Be nicer to your employees so they went to be at work. Most the screens at the concession stands were broken so you can't see any prices.

The best part about this theater is probably its location. Right by the Cubs facilities and Bass Pro shop. Its also close to Tempe/ASU. I dont generally care for anything beyond popcorn and theirs was good (no shock). The best part was the super comfy chairs. I did see a person delivering popcorn to seats so I'll have to try that out next time!

Good movie. The kid taking my order didn't scan my rewards properly so I didn't get my discount. He also wasn't familiar with the 20% off for being a member. Might need some retraining of the staff behind the counter. Movie was good, seat was conformable. Wish there was a little more space whipe reclined. Being a taller person i had to keep lifting my legs/feet to avoid being bumped while people walked by to leave during the movie.

This is an awesome movie theater and any issues I've had have been resolved or compensated even when I wasn't looking for it. I've been here over 10 times now and I've been there about 5 or 6 sense being part of their rewards program "which is totally worth it btw" you get a free ticket every month.And if you don't use it that month, it's stacks plus you get a discount on snacks and drinks, you can pre-order those things as well to be delivered to your seat.So I dont have to stop by the concessions.

I wanted to like this place. I get the old Hollywood theme they are going for but the lobby really kills that vibe and the concessions prices are outrageous. You get much more for less at Harkins. Most disturbingly is the ready-made pizza I got tasted like it was laced with Marijuana/tabacco ash sprinkled on it. I could smell something off on certain bites but couldn't actually see what I was eating because it was dark. But the smell and taste of the ashbwas unmistakable. It must be some employee's idea of a joke, all the employees at the concessions stand tllooked miserable. But that is no excuse, and it made me nauseated for the rest of the night and I had a terrible two-day headache afterwards. My medical condition makes any charred foods consumed to be a hazard to my health, so eating straight up ash will certainly have ramifications. Also the theatre itself or the chairs smelt like a hamster cage. I certainly won't be going back here.
