We love coming to this theater because it's always so clean and never overly crowded. The customer service is usually pretty good. We recently watched Project Hail Mary here and we had a great experience.

The staff here was friendly and helpful. Patrick the cashier and his manager assisted me when my online movie ticket did not work. They helped me resolve the issue and my family and I were able to enjoy the movie. I had a great experience here. The customer service was world class and the concession stand had great selections. The seats in the theater you can adjust to recline in them and are so comfortable. I had a 10 out 10 experience here and can't wait to come back

The only reason why I'm giving it a three is to bring the attention of something new that has occurred at the this regal theater we usually come to. My mother and I attend this movie theater often customer service is always good. No complaints in that area. The only complaint we have is recently there was a change to the popcorn butter, when I asked this past weekend, the gentleman stated that that it has been changed and to a more healthier option. But I'm here to tell you the healthier option tastes disgusting. Like most people when you go to the movies if you get popcorn, you want real butter. If you want to offer a healthier option, could you possibly offer both? We've had this butter twice. The first time we thought something was wrong with the popcorn or the butter was actually spoiled. So we wasted our money and did not eat our popcorn. The second time we realized it was a change in the butter. So we opted to not put butter on our popcorn and just eat it plain as it is. But a lot of us want that butter on our popcorn at the movies it comes with the territory, And makes our movie going experience much more worthwhile ....so I'm just asking maybe offer both or change it back!!! Thanks.

Had a large group and it was a great experience! The reclining seats were awesome, sound and quality of the film was awesome, cute little area where it is located was nice and lots of parking outside too. We will be back again!

The surrounding area of the theatre looked deserted. Inside it had all the expectations of a Regal theatre. I liked the add your butter yourself station's! Seats seem well maintained.
