First time going to this sort of movie showing and absolutely loved it. The hotel where they had the movie was down the street from my job so I walked but if you needed to park, you could use the parking structure and go straight to the elevator. The usher let you up and once you arrive to the rooftop there was signs everywhere you could not miss it. The ambience was relaxing, kinda romantic and cozy for a January cold night. The concession stand had good food options and tasty. We also had drinks. All at a reasonable price. The headphones do hurt a little but the quality is perfect - you can even listen to it in Spanish! I definitely would do it again!

headphone wrapped with a wristband. No hot chocolate. I had been to Rooftop Cinema DTLA twice but 5 years ago. It was mesmerizing. It’s been a while but decided to take my husband for the first time last night, the quality declined unfortunately. The line for entry and concessions took so long that even arriving early as they suggested was not enough. We bought fireside tickets which is promised for free hot chocolate. But the hot chocolate machine was broken without notice. They compensated with popcorn which was not what we wanted but we had no choice. When we arrived, our seats still had some popcorn on. One of the seat had neck pillow, another did not. One of our headphones was wrapped with a wristband. We didn’t realize until we sat down. It’s unfortunate because it’s such a cool idea for a date night. We ended up leaving early because it was not special as we expected anymore.

Love the venue! We got a loveseat with a fireside add on and were so cozy throughout the film. Good concession options, not astronomical prices. The parking on the other hand is kinda pricey. Would definitely go again as the films offered seem pretty varied. Great for someone who lives here but also a great little gem to take visitors to town! The headphones fit nicely and we didn’t realize it when we bought tickets but the film dual cast in English and Spanish. How cool is that?! Very fun evening!

What a sweet date night spot! I drove 7 hours to come here and meet my boyfriend! Worth the drive! Souvenir blankets to take home as well!

What a fantastic experience this was! First, the roof top had beautiful views of the city even from our seats. Second the concession stand and bar were effortless and may I say full of goodies and a veriety of beers and mix cocktails. Third, the seating provided was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and eager to greet us and walk us through each section to our seats. Fourth the projector quality eaven with the city lights and neighboring loft and apartment was pretty good. My only critique of the whole experience was the head phone set quality. Don't get me wrong the ear phones were sufficient but for me lacked bass and clarity which quality head phones would offer, giving the user a real dolby digital audio experience. Overall we had a great experience that came with a surprising good movie selection! We will be coming back forsure!
