I had a great experience at Regal Cinemas. The theater was clean, the seats were comfortable, and the sound and picture quality were excellent. Everything felt organized and professional. The manager was especially welcoming and very kind, which made the visit even better. It’s always nice to see management that truly cares about customers. The staff overall were friendly, and the entire experience—from tickets to snacks—was smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

The screen on one of the rooms need some TLC. You can see pixels & noticeably wavy screen on the edges. The sound quality is lacking, theres almost no depth in the sound. The menu displays at the snack bar could be bigger. Parking garage across the street is very convenient. The theatre has potential, it just needs better care.

The only good thing about this theatre is that the employees at concessions were nice and bathrooms were clean. The seats get negative 5 stars. For the same price or cheaper you can get a comfy recliner and concession service brought to your seat. Now I see why I haven't been here since Spider Man 2 with Toby macguire came out. The Regal theatre not really living up to the definition of Regal.

I was in cinema 9 and it was too loud. I felt like the floor was going to shake like an earthquake, it was so loud. I fear for people's hearing, including my own. It probably causes hearing loss. Also, they ask you to choose a seat, which I had never been asked to do at a movie theater before, and it wasn't clear to me which was the back and front, and so I chose the wrong one, but I sat somewhere else, in the back row, and fortunately no one came for the seat. Also, probably at least 20 minutes of ads and previews before the movie began is at least 10 minutes too much. A few years ago it was $5 for Sunday and Tuesday shows, but now it's $7 ($6.99). Grand Lake is $6 on Tuesdays. I only went to Jack London to use up a gift card. On the good side, the greeter at the door was polite, friendly, and helpful.

Reasonably priced cinema for those who want to enjoy a movie and snacks. Not fancy, but convenient near public transportation and Jack London Square. I use the Regal app for movie and popcorn deals!
