I loved this theater! It is huge with aisles roomy enough for me to get my walker down. There were characters from the movie that we were going to see and they even offered to take my picture with them! I truly enjoyed it. Reclining seats too! The only downside is there are stairs to get to your seats instead of a ramp. I use a walker so it was a bit difficult for me to handle the stairs and I had to have help getting up them. There are rails on both sides of the stairs so that was a plus though. All in all it was a very nice experience! It was my first time in a theater that big and they didn't disappoint!

Always a great place to watch a movie! Tinseltown is always clean from the concessions to the theaters to the restrooms. Love the reclining seats. Try the D-Box seats at least once, with the right action movie itxs definitely an experience. Also love that it is becoming more common to serve alcohol at the theaters. All staff members are nice and help with the experience. Prices are fair when compared to the cost of everything else these days. Only critique, not affecting my rating, I do wish they would bring the separate line back for adult beverges, the current setup is slightly confusing.

Alexandria at the concession stand completely brightened the day for two older women just by being herself. She was incredibly kind—taking her time, chatting with them, and giving them her full attention. I was next in line and couldn’t help but notice. Watching her interact with them genuinely made my heart happy. My interaction with Alexandria was also 5 star. What a great employee. Tinseltown is lucky to have her. (Nope, never met her before today)

We waited in line for 30 mins to get a shake at the only counter they are displayed. Just for them to tell us we need to wait in the other line. Customer service was trash. I had to seat my family then go back out to wait in line all over again. If i didnt already buy the tickets i definitely would've left. Dont waste your time going to this theater. There are so many better options in the springs. Roadhouse has better staff and is overall a better experience. Do better...

Huge movie theater with excellent service! We were helped quickly at the front and concessions. Our theater was clean and our seats were comfortable. The staff is wonderful here and even helped jump our car which was dead after our movie! Big shout out to Benjamin for his auto starter, great cover of pink Cadillac, and kindness. Wonderful movie theater with amazing staff!
