Went to AMC to see a movie and had a great experience overall! The movie itself was good, and the service was good—staff was friendly and everything ran smoothly. The only downside was the seats… they felt outdated and could definitely use an upgrade for comfort. Other than that, everything was on point.

When AMC theaters start to answer their phones I will take down bad reviews. I know it's the 21st century and we don't really have 'customer service' any more but there's times where its absolutely needed. I had a very simple question about merchandise, trying to give them money, but no one would answer, even after 5 calls on 3 different days. Some people live over an hour away and don't want to drive that far, when a 30 second phone call can help. Thanks.

The staff was nice and helpful, the movie was good too. I just think it needs to be renovated. It's in a great area! It was a busy theater, but if it had the reclining seats like AMC Cobb, they would have even more foot traffic!

I had two tickets for the Friday April 24th screening of Michael (7pm show). My seats were f3 and f4. When I arrived inside Auditorium 6 with my Sister, a woman and her children were occupying our seats. When we explained to her that we purchased f3 and f4 she proceeds to tell myself and my sister that someone was in their seats, so she took ours. I went and got one of the amc staff because I disagree with this. Everyone should go to the seats that they PAID FOR. No one should be inconvenienced because people don't want to follow the rules. The amc staff member (female with dreads) came back and she was able to get the young lady and her kids to move and I got the two seats I paid for. I will never come to this location again to see a movie because this should have never happened. The amc worker had commented about getting security, however security never showed from what I saw - although I saw two talking in the lobby area after the show. Overall I didn't think this situation was handled with enough concern. I barely go to movie theaters as it is and I see why.

This is a clean nice peaceful Theater to go to. It's an easy kiosk ticket purchase as you go in. There were no long lines, but of course I went at 1:30PM Thursday. Very nice 👌👍can't wait to go again when Transformers comes out on September 20, 2024.
