I recently attended a private movie premiere at LOOK Dine-In Cinemas and absolutely loved the experience! The theater is beautiful, with an intimate atmosphere and great ambiance that made the event feel extra special. The recliner chairs were super comfortable and made the experience even better. The prices are a little high, but understandable for the quality and overall experience. I would definitely go back and highly recommend it!

I am absolutely impressed by this theatre! I attended a screening there and it was so beautiful I booked it for my own premiere a few weeks later. The booking process was easy. The staff was efficient and friendly. They were extremely accommodating. THE FOOD IS AMAZING! the aesthetics were high quality and I genuinely enjoyed myself through and through. So grateful for a smooth and easy booking process and event. I would absolutely recommend.

I visited the theater last night for the 9:00 PM showing of The Devil Wears Prada 2, and unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected. Several of us attempted to order food by scanning the QR code at our seats, but after multiple attempts, we were unable to place an order. I went to find assistance and was told that the kitchen was closed and that only popcorn and soda were available. When I asked about getting a refund, the manager on duty stated that the kitchen would reopen in about 30 minutes, but did not provide any explanation. He also advised that I would need to contact Groupon for a refund for my tickets. At that point, we decided to stay and watch the movie so we would not waste our money. On our way back to the theater, an employee named Iesha stopped to apologize and explained that the kitchen was behind due to new movie releases and an unexpected volume of customers. She was kind, professional, and sincere. She asked if there was anything she could do, and we explained that we chose this theater specifically so we could enjoy dinner and a movie. She apologized again and brought us soda and popcorn. Although the overall experience was disappointing, I want to recognize Iesha for her amazing customer service. She showed empathy, took accountability, and did what she could to make the situation better. Her professionalism stood out and was truly appreciated.

Great date night place..especially for sneaky links lol. Food is great and staff is amazing. This is also a very good place for independent film.makers to screen their bodies of art.

After pretty much giving up, I finally found a good movie theater in Atlanta. Clean, comfortable auditoriums and super-friendly staff. Didn't get to sample much of the menu yet, but the cheese fries were great! I'm looking forward to many visits.
