While I miss the old school tan recliners, I appreciate the brand renovations to a cleaner, more uniform layout and experience. I went on a weekday morning so it was nice and empty. Very clean. Chairs are still comfortable with minimal reclining ability. They are taller but as a 5'3 person myself, I was still able to comfortably see over the chairs to the screen. Way more cozy than the rigid, non reclining cloth amc chairs I've sat in. Staff was very sweet and quick. Perfect temperature inside too. I hated freezing during movies in the past.

This movie theater was a pleasant surprise. I had business to attend nearby when a storm hit, and I decided to look for a movie while waiting on the weather to get better. It was a great decision. This place stands in an open mall area that it is nor popular or nor particularly busy. It stands out for being 100% clean, as you will be able to see on the posted photos. From the concession to the screening room to the bathroom, everything was outstanding in cleanliness. Not to mention the staff, very polite, friendly, and very kind. The reclining chairs were extremely comfortable and easy to maneuver.

We are regulars at the NCG Brookhaven.The staff are so kind and welcoming to our young movie goers and it is such a clean, welcoming environment. We appreciate the movie theater feel, the big comfy, reclining seats, the seat warmers are great as well! The popcorn is freshly popped and my family loves the nachos and slushies. We have also sampled adult beverages a time or two and those are a wonderful addition of that's your interest! In the theater, there is no bad seat in the house, so seriously, if you happen to be on A, don't even worry, you will still have a great experience, and your neck will be fine. The screen and sound are top notch. The theater and bathrooms are always clean! It is a first class experience.

I discovered this theater because a movie I had been waiting for was not playing in my usual spots. They have discount Tuesdays and reclining seats. Since I wasn't familiar with the place I decided not to buy my tickets online. I walked in and ordered tickets (choosing seats for assigned seating), popcorn, drinks, and hot dogs all in one easy friendly transaction with a cashier. I encountered two problems on my first visit. The hot dogs took a long time to prepare and my sister missed a few minutes of the movie going back and forth for them. While the seats were really comfortable... I was recovering from foot surgery so the recliner seats were required for me if I was sitting for two hours... my elbow kept touching one of the controls so my seat would move unexpectedly if I relaxed my right arm within the seat. As that was the armrest between us I left it free so I wasn't hogging it. The theater doesn't offer beer or wine and food choices are limited. However, I would return. It was clean and well maintained. It is in a shopping center with ample parking.

10/10 experience! Came to see Obsession and while the movie was great, the hospitality was even better. Cleanliness of the restrooms, self serve stations and theater overall was amazing. Definitely want to thank the staff (La Pez - GM *hope that's correct*) for going above and beyond. I lost my keys in the theater and realized hours later. We called, they searched, and kept them secure for us. Many places would've had us search for ourselves or brushed us off, but they helped us out. Again, thank you for the experience and hospitality. We will be back!
