Terrible experience from start to finish. First, be prepared to climb what feels like a mountain of stairs just to get where you need to go. Once we got settled, the theater was uncomfortably warm, and it honestly felt like the AC wasn't working properly. The food ordering system was another disaster. The QR code wouldn't work, the app wouldn't work, and when we asked a staff member for help, we were simply sent back to the main desk (which meant climbing more stairs). After finally placing our order, we never received our drinks. We had to get up multiple times during the movie to ask for assistance, and each interaction left us feeling like nobody cared. There was no urgency, no follow-up, and no real effort to resolve the issue. The staff seemed poorly trained and completely disconnected from the customer experience. The most disappointing part is that the theater itself is beautiful. The seats are nice, the facility looks great, and it has the potential to be an amazing movie-going experience. Unfortunately, the customer service and overall organization completely ruined it for us. We came to enjoy a movie, not spend the evening troubleshooting technology, chasing down drinks we paid for, and climbing stairs looking for someone willing to help. Would not recommend, and we will not be returning.

Before attending the 2pm movie at the Battery Atlanta today, June 7, 2026, we pre-ordered food and tickets this morning before 10am. We notified the person at check in of the pre-food order. We were told the food will be out shortly. At 2:45pm (movie started at 2pm) my daughter left the viewing of the movie to check on the food. She was told it should be a few minutes. At 3pm, 15 minutes later, I left viewing the movie to ask for a manager. By this time the movie had been running for about 30min minus previews). Other patrons were ordering when we first sat down and received their food within 10-15min. Also, part of my daughter’s order was incorrect. The manager, Pedro, did not take responsibility or accountability for our long wait, he initially blamed the chef. I told Pedro, this is unacceptable which he later agreed. The food was delivered about 7min later (total time waited 52-55mijn). Pedro offered a refund for the food, however, he initially refunded the meal, I had to insist on the beverage as well. The pre-order food process is seriously flawed. Do not waste your time pre-ordering food at this theater. We have noticed this theater has been lacking in customer service for quite a while.

Caiyah took really great care of me and my guest tonight! From greeting us & helping us find our seats; to making sure our food order was squared away despite a mishap with the kitchen. She was super friendly & personable. We will be back! The bar tender was so chill! I believe it was his last day working there. Wishing him luck on his next endeavor! Keep Caiyah! Maybe a raise is in order! She invited us back and we WILL BE BRINGING OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY CUZ OF HER! Keep making ppl feel like family that’s the secret ingredient to being successful in customer service. Niya also went above & beyond to make sure me and my guest had a great stay! Oh I had the kale ceasar salad with extra dressing and i did not end up needing the dressing. The food was so good! Drinks were super strongggg omg!

The first time I went was an ok experience. The food is decent but the movie screen wasn't the best. The last time I went was pretty disappointing. We didn't have a QR code at our seats to order food. The app they told us to download didn't work and kept throwing errors. I had to leave during the previews to get a server to take our order. My husband then had to leave during the movie because it was taking so long to get our order. It probably took around 40 minutes to get my salad, his fries, popcorn and two mixed drinks. Disappointing for sure. I will likely not be back.

Service was awful. The movie was as expected, but the overall experience was unacceptable. Paying $57 for two movie tickets is already steep, but immediately upon entering the theater, a team member announced there was a 30-minute delay for food service. Despite that, orders automatically included a 15% gratuity. When the food finally arrived, my order was incomplete. There was no honey mustard for the chicken tenders despite specifically requesting it, no napkins, no utensils, and the salad I ordered never came at all. When I followed up with the server, he told me he would bring honey mustard or ranch dressing, but neither ever arrived, along with the missing salad. This was on top of a nearly $50 food order. At the end of the movie, there was no manager or staff member available to address concerns. I went to the front and asked the bartender for a manager. She walked away to retrieve food from the kitchen without saying anything. When I asked again, she simply stated someone would come out when available. Ten minutes passed and still no manager. To make matters worse, someone spilled a drink in the middle of the walkway. The same bartender placed a caution sign down and walked away without making any attempt to clean it up. I eventually went to the ticket counter, where there was another long line and complete chaos. When I asked again for a manager, the employee stared at me blankly as if they did not understand what I was asking. No apology. No urgency. No attempt to contact anyone. By that point, I was beyond frustrated and raised my voice. Ironically, as a manager walked by, the same employee finally acknowledged my request. After hearing the situation, the manager agreed the environment was chaotic and refunded the meal charges. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
