I was there on 12/16/25 for my first visit. I am a A-lister and I was here for a double feature that I don’t have at home. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the staff interactions. They weren’t really friendly but not rude either. I went to Order a pizza for my second movie and could barely even hear the guy tell me it wasn’t available along with the pretzel bites though they were both available on the app. I was waiting for my second theatre to be ready and when the guy came out I asked if it was ready and was ignored. Maybe he didn’t hear me. Over all the experience was good. The theatre’s were clean and look well maintained. The seats are recliners with heat and comfortable. I would return again.

Great theater with clean seats and clean theaters the bathrooms have automatic everything so it’s good to prevent germs. The candy is overpriced and the butter gave me food poisoning so I want to give it a 3.5 stars. Overall the theater was decent

There were mouse gluey traps all over the floor of theater. My kids kept stepping on them and I had to pull them off. Disgusting!! There was a false alarm fire so we had to exit and come back. The traps were on every step making it extremely hard with children. The back and forth with nasty glue traps on the floor was a headache. I told a young man about them before we went back in he said he removed them. He did not!

We went to watch the movie Obsession tonight in theater number 7 at the Owings Mills AMC. The dialogue sounded like it was coming out of an iPhone. I don't know how they managed to mess up the sound this bad, but it is never worth going to the theater and spending all of that money when you could just sit at home and have a much better experience. We went to the front counter and informed the staff of the problem. They said they would take care of it and then did nothing. I know they did nothing because we would have heard something if they did. What is the point of rolling the dice on whether you're going to get a good experience or not when it costs this much?

I've been coming to this theater since middle school and the customer service has gone really downhill. During my visit to Avatar: Fire and Ash I caught this employee gossiping and joking with her friend in the pink shirt while on the job barely paying attention to customers and ignoring her responsibilities. My showing for Avatar was for IMAX 3D and she never gave me my 3d glasses, I had to get them own my own while she was talking to her friend who doesn't even work there for well over an hour. I'm very embarrassed by this situation and it should not be tolerated and this person must be held accountable and staff needs be trained better for an improved customer service experience if they ever want me to return in 2026. This is unacceptable
