AMC White Marsh is my go-to theater. Anytime a new movie drops, I’m there. The theaters are always clean, the seats are comfortable, and I’ve never had a bad experience. It’s definitely my favorite place in Baltimore County to catch the latest movies.

Haven’t been to this location in years and it just looked amazing seeing it with fresh eyes. Upon walking in its claw machines, an air hockey table and Photo Booth on either side which is nice for anyone while wait to a movie. They have kiosks to buy tickets and food which is nice if you don’t really feel like talking to people and want to get straight to the movies. The reclining seat are spacious and very comfortable I must say. Everything was clean, sound and visuals were well maintained and it wasn’t freezing like most theaters Bathroom rating: 4.5/5 (no paper towels in the dispenser)

I don’t know what’s going on with this movie theater, but the bathrooms are consistently the grossest I’ve ever seen. Every single time I’ve gone, they’ve been dirty, messy, and honestly reminiscent of a middle school bathroom at the end of the day. Trash overflowing, floors sticky, paper towels everywhere, it’s like no one checks on them. It completely ruins the experience, especially when you’re paying theater prices. A place that expects customers to sit through a two-hour movie should at least be able to keep the restrooms clean.

It wasn't as obnoxious as I thought it would be. I thought it would be a buclnch of out of control hoodlums. It was okay. The food took forever to come out though. My bf missed some of rhe movie going out to get it. We ordered it 15 minutes before the movie started. I would go there again though. The reclining seats were nice and it wasn't dirty.

No matter when I go, I never smell fresh popcorn and I always get popcorn that isn't warm. I ask several workers if they actually make fresh popcorn and could not get a straight, yes. I showed a manager my popcorn he took it back and said he would make it fresh then shortly handed me a bag of popcorn within too short of time to have just popped it. I did not smell that wonderful popcorn aroma like I do at the Towson theater and my popcorn was still not warm. It actually tasted stale. I never smell that beautiful popcorn smell here. I also left the theater due me thinking I felt something in my seat, switching seats and then seeing a mouse running near my feet. The bathrooms are like a disgusting porter potty always. They wreak of an alcoholics urine and are never clean. The door glass is always smeared and gross. The seats and cup holders tend to have food in them. Such a disappointment:(
