This Cinemark theater in Towson is my most favorite movie theater! When I started going to the movies there in 2018, I had the best moviegoing experience I've ever seen! My recent movie I saw there is "The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants", and it's so amazing! I love Cinemark Towson and XD, because my experience there is amazing! Thank you Cinemark for the wonderful moviegoing experience and customer service!

I had an absolutely fantastic evening at the Cinemark Towson! The theater itself was incredibly clean, modern, and beautiful, which made the whole experience feel upscale. Its location in downtown Towson is perfect, and the parking was exceptionally convenient and easily accessible, taking all the usual stress out of a night out. Here's Ravens Marquise The Jet Brown and I posing for a picture while there! Yeah, incredibly cool, and we both had a great time. Really, enjoyed our evening out. It was an unforgettable evening with great company, excellent amenities, and a wonderful atmosphere. I will definitely be back.

Went to see Wicked 2 with my wife. Booked seats in advance and popcorn delivery to seats. Arrive, parking is fine, elevator fine, come out into the lobby and the place is a ghost town. The whole plaza is in a death spiral. Carpet is a mess with stray trash and food items. All the kiosks to get tickets are down/not cooperating. Employee very friendly, get to seats. They're ok. Love the private seating, buttons broken on seats, kinda messy but fine. Popcorn arrives, great service. No previews are playing, screen is blank. 20 minutes after the scheduled start time employee comes in and asks the audience when the start time of this movie was supposed to be....o dear. They start the previews FROM THE BEGINING. They did come around and hand out vouchers for our trouble. Some people chose to leave because their kids were already over it. So now we're about an hour passed the sched start time and the movie kicks off. Immediately it's obvious the sound is wrong, and we're here to see a musical. My wife goes to find someone, and gets the impression "they know" "they're working on it". We sat there another 10 minutes and left. Disaster. I have a voucher I'll never use. There's almost no chance I'll ever return. That whole plaza probably needs to be wiped away at this point for something else because it's clearly failing. I've lived in Towson 35+ years, used to go to "Towson Commons" when I was a kid. Bummer of an experience. Although, also somewhat hilarious. I don't have the answers, but I know that's not how it should be. A lot of room for improvement.

Cinemark is a great place to catch a movie! They offer a wide selection of films and the seating is very comfortable. One of the best features is the option to either buy your food at the counter or preorder it to be delivered right to your seat—super convenient! There’s a good variety of food options, including freshly baked Pizza Hut pizza, and a kids combo (popcorn, candy, and drink) for $7. However, I noticed that food pricing isn’t always clearly displayed, and some employees weren’t sure about the prices either. It’s always a good idea to double-check with staff, just in case. Some employees were extremely friendly and helpful, while others were just okay. Still, overall service was decent. I didn’t notice any special food deals other than the kids combo, so it would be nice if more promotions were posted clearly. If you're planning to watch a newly released movie, I recommend booking tickets in advance to avoid missing out. Overall, a solid movie-going experience!

I went on a Sunday evening and it seemed understaffed. Many counters were unattended, and the single register had a long, slow moving line. There was no one around to take my ticket, which I'd purchased online. The building appeared maintained though, very clean and in good condition. Comfy reclining seats, great sound and picture.
