🍿🎬 Absolutely gorgeous movie theater—such a vibe from the moment you walk in 😍✨. The customer service was top-tier 🙌🏽, staff were friendly, welcoming, and super attentive 💯. The popcorn was fresh, buttery, and honestly addictive 😋🍿. Everything was spotless 🧼✨ and the whole space felt very clean, sleek, and modern 🏢💫—from the seating to the lobby. The atmosphere made the entire experience feel elevated 👏🏽🎟️. And the movie itself?! Whew 😮‍💨🔥 the drama was incredible—so intense and well done 🎭. It had me locked in the whole time 😱🍿, full suspense from start to finish. Definitely one of those experiences where you don’t even want to look at your phone 📵 because you don’t want to miss a second!

Never been to a theater that had a bar in it. And they had special cocktails for my movie. So I guess I am coming back here again for just about any reason. Seating was great. Theater was clean. Popcorn was reasonable. Great time.

Decent theater and loved the inclining/heated seats. Good on security. Food was good and theater has good sound quality. The only thing that was irritating was the bar area—there never seemed to be anyone there. Asked the concession stand and they said the person serving drinks stepped out. When we finally found someone to serve us, we were served the most basic cocktails with crown royal and limeade…like literally the plastic bottle of limeade… and it tasted horrible! And they charged us $30+ for those two nasty drinks.

Attended an event at Harbor East Cinemas sponsored by the Baltimore Next Web Media Fest as the choir I sing on was one of the nominees. The entire venue was neat/clean. Staff extremely friendly. The manager, Vanena (sp??), introduced herself and made sure we all were comfortable and ok as many of us had gathered in the upper level/main lobby waiting until our showing. The only thing to note is the elevator is "old school" -- meaning someone has to be there to close the door once you're on it and then open the door to allow you off. Either way, the staff was extremely polite and never hesitated to assist me. Parking was easy as well.

My fiancé and I just moved to Baltimore and this was our first time visiting Harbor East Cinemas. The movie and cinema experience was great, however the staff at the snack line were all over the place. They moved extremely slowly, and when we ordered and paid for a chocolate snack, they sent another employee to check the stock room for more. This took more than 5 minutes. When the employee who went to search returned, they didn't tell the person working the register there were no more left. We were just waiting... Eventually, we just left and went to watch our movie, no solution was offered. Big kudos to the security team working (9PM on April 4th). They noticed we were having issues and told us to link up with her after the show. She was kind enough to solve the problem and get us a refund for the snack that was not available. We were super impressed with this person's proactive nature and awareness! We'll be back in the future, but will likely skip the snack line and go straight into the movie.
