Such a beautiful, historic and super cozy theatre. Seats are super comfortable with cup holders and there’s an organist playing during the 30 minutes before the show. I recommend arriving early so you don’t miss that, but also because it tends to fill up pretty quickly. Don’t park in the lot behind the building because you will get towed (although they do a good job of telling you that when you show your ticket).

Finally was able to see a movie here. Classic movie theater charm and they play great old movies. Definitely worth checking out. Be sure to pay attention to parking as you will get towed if you park in the church parking lot.

Went here for the first time to watch A Complete Unknown (Bob Dylan Bio-pic) the movie was great, but this movie theater made it one of the most memorable experiences!! We absolutely loved it! The feeling you get right when you walk in to the doors under the classic marquis lights is incredible!! I can’t wait to come back and watch movie in the coolest historic Minnesota theater!

I might be a little biased because it’s local, but The Heights Theater is truly a treasure. They show a great variety of films across different genres, which keeps things interesting. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the theater is consistently clean and well cared for. Thank you for keeping The Heights Theater going — it’s such an important part of the community.

A little ashamed to admit growing up in the Blaine area Sunday was my first time in the much loved Heights Theater!! It did not disappoint! Parking was easy w their small lot on the South side of the building. The owners also own the Dairy Queen next door so you can get something there and bring it in to the theater! There is a large comfortable lobby complete w having to pass by an old time-y ticket window. The seating was comfortable and sound was great. The lobby also has a few old movie posters and an old...old movie camera! Thanks Heights Theater for a great movie experience!
