Overall a pretty good theatre. Prices are a little higher than the competition but their policies on freedom is worth the price. Some of the seats are showing their age but, most are intact and comfortable. Theatre 10 has a messed up screen or projector that has a bubble of distortion that can be annoying. I was disappointed when they showed "Melania" in that theatre. It was a sold out show. Parking is plentiful, even when there are events going on. The theatres are clean and the restrooms acceptable. I'm a late night moviegoer. The exterior is well lit and has security in the area Screens are good sized and audio quality is good. For the most part, it is my go to theatre. I never get responses to my emails. I don't get many concessions. They used to serve alcohol, not sure if they still do. The staff is friendly and efficient.

Went here for a matinee with my son and overall it was a pretty cool experience. Tickets for both of us were around $30, which wasn’t terrible. The theater itself was pretty cleaned out and not overly crowded, which honestly made it more enjoyable. They had some unique stuff I haven’t really seen at other theaters before, like a Skittles machine and a few arcade games for kids in the main area. The seats didn’t recline, but they did rock back and forth and were still fairly comfortable. Overall, not a luxury theater experience, but definitely a fun time and somewhere I’d go back to.

It had to have been 80 degrees in there at the very minimum, lines were ridiculously long with multiple staff members on a single register. I understand that this may be the result of training new employees. The movie theater was also incredibly loud, you can hear every car that passes by outside, many guests spend the entire time on their phones or with their phones ringing. Truly one of the if not the worst theater experience I've ever had.

My husband and I were excited to try this new to us theater but honestly it was nothing special. The reclining seats don't recline nearly enough and they aren't all that comfortable. It was nice to have the wall behind each row of seats. The cheaper Tuesday night tickets are more expensive than at other places that are closer to where we live.

We chose this theatre because it said it had recliners. We paid $16 each for tickets under the impression that we would be comfortable. The seats did not recline. They did not. There were not buttons to move them. This is the definition of false advertisement. They also have the soda machines with 1,000 options but 0 flavor syrup so I paid $9 for dog water. As an Omaha local, this was so disappointing. My friends and I will not be back.
