Absolutely love this theater! First time taking the kids here and we went to see the super mario galaxy movie and it did not disappoint, The staff in both the concession for popcorn etc and the bar area are all so friendly! Self serve ticket area touch screen, scan your pre-ordered tickets and it prints out the tickets, or choose your movie and seats right there aswell, The whole place was pretty clean despite how busy it was with other kids going to see the movie, some spilled popcorn spots but they had staff cleaning it up super quick. Main lobby has an arcade spot right as you walk in, Theater room itself was super clean and the audio wasnt super loud for little ears in the regular digital screen room. Since it was so busy they were running out of soda in the soda machines but were very quick to come and refill the empty ones, so it wasnt really a big issue to me. Popcorn was hot and yummy a large lasted the entire movie and was able to share with each of my kids when they ran out in the kids boxes, I got a blue slushy along with my husband and children. Highly recommend this theater it was very nice! Parking was good alot of parking options, We plan on going more office since this outting there!

I had a very disappointing experience at ACX Movie Theater. The cleanliness alone was unacceptable, both the theaters and bathrooms were disgusting. Trash was overflowing in multiple areas, and there were no paper towels available in the restroom, which made things even worse. The concessions didn’t make up for it either. The popcorn was stale, and even after requesting a fresh batch, it still wasn’t any better. For the prices being charged, basic quality and freshness should be a given. What stood out the most, though, was the lack of management and accountability. The manager appeared disengaged, spending most of the time on her phone, while employees were gathered around the concessions area instead of maintaining the facility. Overall, this experience felt neglected from top to bottom. Cleanliness, customer service, and food quality all need serious improvement. Do better.

Use to be a great theater. Now it must be severely understaffed. Their restaurant closes an hour before it’s posted hours. Then they don’t clean theaters between showings. So the 945 showing of obsession on June 7th. People couldn’t sit in their purchased seats because there was popcorn and trash everywhere. They also start the movies way past the time they are suppose to start.

We enjoyed Mission Impossible & LILO & Stitch during our first visit to ACX! The theater was HUGE with comfy recliner seats. Great sound system as well! We will visit this theater again!

I’m rating this place a 3 for the purpose of I’m not able to lie down.. the chair recline but the infront of me is to tall, maybe if we could lower it that would be better. This was in theater 5
