WHAT is going on with the dark screens?????!! I have never seen a properly lit screen in theater 3, and that’s just one among several at this location. I remember seeing Weapons here and missing the children in the basement reveal. It wasn’t until I saw the movie again at Filmstreams that I actually saw what was supposed to be a major twist. Theater 3, and probably several others, also have horrible screen masking!! I’m not stupid - I can tell when the picture is getting cut off. I’ve complained about this months ago and they did nothing to fix it, so we had to end up leaving and getting a refund because it was too distracting.

Comfortable atmosphere. I love the fact that you can get refills on icees. That's unique I've never seen that. Great prices. Some of the best I've seen lately.

I visited the AMC Westroads 14 Movie Theatre on Tuesday, May 26th to see The Mandalorian and Grogu. We bought tickets and concessions ahead of time, and they were scheduled to be picked up at 7:15, we showed up at 7:10 and waited at the mobile order pickup counter until about 7:25 before an employee even noticed us. When an employee finally noticed us, he was rude and unhelpful. The concessions were about $45.00 for a large popcorn drink and candy, arguably overpriced. To make matters worse, Theatre #1 was filthy and there was animal hair matted onto the seats, my seat was also broken lmao and wasn't a great experience for the 2 or so hours. The bathrooms were also filthy and half of the stalls in BOTH the men's and women's restrooms were missing the locks, so the doors can't latch shut properly. I would not recommend this location, I have had positive experiences at the Marcus Theatres for anyone wanting to have a good time. For future experiences, I will bring my business to Marcus Theatres. Edit: Something I forgot to add, Theatre #1 was very loud, the picture was somewhat dull, and it seemed like the picture was "cut off" making it hard to view some scenes.

Nice. Comfortable. Still too expensive but we expect that now right? That's why I only go like twice a year. But I'll come here again for the next minute

Previews are so loud you can’t even understand the words. It was so bad I left the room to find an attendant. He claimed the previews are always loud but the actual movie would be a lower volume. I’ve never experienced this at any other theater. That volume could easily cause a panic attack. Definitely need to get that fixed. Also, the floor near my seat was extremely sticky. I almost came out of my shoe.
