Went to the theater to see the Michael Jackson movie and I paid thru the regal app and bought a ticket for my daughter. The Lady at check in was extremely rude. I had my tickets ready to be scanned and she Told me I needed to expand the QR code in the regal app which doesn't let you do that. She then told me I needed to go to my email even though I had my tickets right there because I paid thru the regal app. When I did that and it just showed a receipt for the purchase she then asked to see my phone which I was very uncomfortable doing but she wasn't letting us in the the theater even though I purchased my tickets thru the regal app and I am used my regal unlimited. The service was extremely horrible and I felt very uncomfortable that she asked for my phone when you can clearly see that the qr code to scan. I am pretty sure this was was a race issue. I am ethnic and she was Caucasian. You pay for luxury prices and get treated like crap. It was so uncalled for.

Kudos to Susan who provides great customer service from beginning to end with a smile. Love it when she's there, she is so friendly and kind that always checks us in and gives us our seating assignments and which door number to go into. The theater seats are comfortable and when something is wrong, Susan sends out help to get it fixed right away. She is so sweet. Always nice to see her on mystery movie night and even tonight. Hugs

This is the best theater in Las Vegas. It's also the most expensive. Bt bei in premium, it keeps the riff raff out. The theaters are very clean. Video and Audio are always on point. They have a full bar and concessions are fully stocked. Again, if you want a premier experience, you will pay for it, but you will be satisfied. We are in a transition period where most theaters are simply not offering value. This one still provides it.

This theater isn’t just disappointing — it feels like a straight-up shakedown. I came with my five-year-old and bought one senior ticket, one child ticket, one small popcorn, and one small soda — again, ONE popcorn and ONE drink. That’s it. The total? Over $60. For two people and the smallest possible concessions. That’s not “the cost of going to the movies.” That’s predatory pricing and they know it. And as if the price gouging wasn’t insulting enough, we were then forced to sit through over 30 minutes of commercials before the movie even started. Not a handful of fun trailers. Actual ads. Pepsi ads. Car ads. Streaming service ads. Insurance ads. Theater-branded upsells. Basically a full TV commercial break dumped onto a paying audience. It’s ridiculous. You don’t charge people $60 only to waste their time with a half-hour ad block. It’s disrespectful, and honestly, it’s why theaters are dying. Instead of improving the experience, they just keep squeezing families harder and harder, betting that we won’t say anything. Well, here it is: This place treats customers like wallets to be emptied, not people looking for a good time. Nothing about the experience felt enjoyable — it felt extractive, like they were determined to milk every last dollar out of anyone who still shows up. When a simple outing with a kid leaves you feeling ripped off, annoyed, and wondering why you didn’t just stay home, something is seriously wrong. Save your money. This theater isn’t worth it.

We went for the first showing of the day...the seats are very worn, popcorn in every crevice, and tabletops not wiped down. On top of that they were still playing ads 5 min past the start time (before the normal pre-movie trailers start), ultimately disappointed.
