Very comfortable seating with reclining chairs and lots of space, solid audio and video, very clean and organized. Two issues: slow service at the concessions (two people just to make popcorn?) and multiple times heard too much sound from theaters on either side / next door. Overall a solid choice for movie watching experience though and great prices compared to competitor theaters. 4.5 stars out of 5

I came here for the first time expecting little but sticky floors, microwaved concessions, and sour service. Boy, was I mistaken. I was greeted by an actual human being in a box office, not a row of touchscreens. The concession line moved quickly and the service was friendly. My wife's chicken sandwich and cajun fries were so tasty that I soon regretted my decision to have popcorn for dinner (the popcorn was tasty, too). It certainly helps that my theater had a respectful audience: no one talked, no one rustled, no one pulled out a phone or a damnable smartwatch. YMMV. In any case, we'll be back. And if this experience marks the beginning of a pattern, Cinemark Bistro will quickly become my favorite theater in Raleigh. Only one complaint do I have: must the decor be so bland? Gray carpet, gray walls, no adornment to be found anywhere. Fie on utilitarian aesthetics! Bring back the patterned carpets, geometric shapes, and neon accents of my youth!

I’m sure a shift at any movie theatre on Christmas Day is the busiest day of the year. Even so I was impressed and grateful for the team at this location. Especially for the gentleman(I believe he was the manager) that came and addressed a cobweb that showed up in the middle of our movie. It would’ve been very distracting but it was taken care of immediately and I know the whole room appreciated it. Thank you again sir and God bless you all this Christmas!

I hadn't been to this theater in almost ten years. It had been redone since then with very comfortable leather reclining seats with side tables. I was very impressed with the food menu as well. The chicken tenders and garlic fries with slap sauce were so good. I went for a private event for Stitching at the Movies. I didn't know you could rent out theaters for events like this, it was so fun!

I always have a really enjoyable experience here. The environment was unreal. The theater was clean and comfortable which made my experience even better. The seating was especially nice and made it easy to relax and enjoy the movies. The staff is always nice and the overall atmosphere is warm. I've made jokes and stuff at the counter and the staff doesn't seem irritated or annoyed which is lovely. I will definitely come back and consistently recommend people to come here for every movie.
