I really like the esthetic. If there's a line at the concessions it always goes fast it seems like they are always fully staffed. Sound and picture quality is good. My only complaint is I've seen two movies here. Shorts and a tshirt and sweat my butt off. Wish the ac was kicking a bit more. Other than that love this place

I forgot my phone which had my tickets but the gentleman checking tickets who always wears a mask and is constantly maintaining the front, told me that I can give the concession my card and they could print my tickets, whew…. The only negative thing about this theater is that the seats are worn, to the point of cracking.

Went last night partially saw a movie due to a wire burning on the roof that smelled the theater they were very nice in refunding our tickets and giving us tickets that are good for 180 days. I chose this theater due to comfort of recliner seating has elevator to second floor as well as stairs and escalators on the other side I believe. Reasonable prices for movies too much money for popcorn and one slush was like 27$ that’s just crazy!

Yes the reclining seats it was so comfortable all the staff was wonderful I will return to this movie theater

We came to the theater in Crocker Park, Westlake, Ohio. Our customer service person was awesome. Her name was Monica, and she was super patient, kind, and listened. We are from Knoxville Tennessee the home of Regal. This gal deserves an atta-girl and positive wage review. Thank you, Monica
