The door guy yelled at us for coming back for concessions, said we needed to show our ticket again. I left mine in my seat in my coat! He wasn't having it and we had to convince him to let us back in. He had already raised his voice to a couple, we saw, because they simply showed him their tickets and walked past him. I refuse to believe he think this many well-dressed middle-aged folks are skimping on movie tickets.

We had a really disappointing experience last night Feb 14 seeing the Mortuary Assistant at 7:45pm. The ticket scanner person was standing off to the side and wasn’t clearly visible, so we walked past without realizing he was there. Instead of politely getting our attention, he yelled, “You can’t just walk in,” in a very rude tone. We had already purchased our tickets online, so we weren’t trying to bypass anything. Why not have it roped off or set up in a way where that doesn't happen? I don't like being accused of trying to sneak in and being embarrassed in front of other patrons. The setup was confusing, and the attitude was unnecessary. Train your employees to be better people. I have an anxiety disorder and after that, I had a full blown anxiety attack. Beyond that, the theater itself was underwhelming. The screens were extremely small, the sound quality was poor (literally no surround sound), and the floors were messy. The bathrooms were dirty and clearly not being maintained well. Overall, the customer service and cleanliness did not match what you’d expect for the price of admission. I’ll be sticking to Cinemark theaters from now on — way better sound systems, cleaner theaters, better setups, and much nicer employees. Very disappointing experience. Honestly, I'd appreciate a refund at this point and help paying for my therapy bills.

My home away from home. I absolutely adore this movie theater! The seats are comfy, the place is clean, and the classic movie theater food doesn't disappoint. It's everything you want in a movie theater... plus reclining seats.

Theatre was clean and atmospheric but we had a bit of a problem that would otherwise had me at 1-star if it wasn't handled properly. We booked to see Iron Lung and, apparently, someone else also bought our seats. So here we are trying to resolve this during our movie, disrupting everyone else despite our best efforts. A manager gets involved, some larger gentleman with black curly hair, PICKS UP OUR BELONGINGS FROM OUR SEATS and moves them. Are you serious? He then ran away to hide behind the counter to make pizzas while an actual manager helped. And that manager was Chloe (apologies if I'm spelling it wrong). Chloe heard us out and genuinely empathized with our situation, gave us another soda (since we left ours in the theatre to leave) and offered a new showing + passes. We were really distraught because this was our Valentine's Day date. We didn't take up this offer because we didn't want to seem like we were looking for handouts and had to leave before the next showtime ended, but we did end up taking her up on the movie passes so we can see another movie when we can. Thank you Chloe for making a terrible situation into an good one! We super appreciate it on a day like Valentine's Day.

It was my first time inside this Regal Cinema, and despite it being a wet Friday Night, I was pleasantly surprised by my overall experience. Highlights for me: clean bathroom, comfortable seats, ample parking. I only wish that shows start right on time and not some 30minutes afterwards!!😆 But what can one do?🤓 I’ll be returning and frequently too. Please visit.😉😉🙃
