This is my preferred AMC in the okc metro area. They show a wider variety of movies than any other theater and the Dolby digital theater is my favorite experience offered in our area by the chain. Bathrooms are always clean and I've never found the theaters littered or sticky. They are also plentiful. I have never had to wait for a stall even on days when the theater is very busy. The screens are in good condition and the projectors and sound put me right into that magical movie space. Nothing clicking or off center or distracting in any way. The staff are always prompt and helpful. My only complaints are complaints I have of every AMC I have ever visited. My husband uses the closed captioning devices and only a handful of them seem to work at all and they are so aged they do not charge well. Corporate desperately needs to replace these assistive devices and while we have complained to the company several times nothing has been done. It is also true that the seats have seen better days in some of the theaters. In the Dolby digital theater I find it the most annoying. Having many recliners that can only tolerate fully up and fully reclined positions is not great but the seats are still comfortable enough as far as I'm concerned.

Awesome, make any 80's kid smile. 1/4 acre arcade open till 2am. Imax was Awesome. The staff was pleasantly pleasant and nice. The whole facility was immaculate. Even the "back" area where the employee break room is at the top of the Imax elevator. All the restrooms were clean, the food counters were NOT sticky and or smeared with ketchup or mustard. The seats in the theater were a shade tight. I'm 6'1" at about 250. However they were comfortable.

Went in to enjoy a movie at this wonderful theater, but instead I was given an awfull customer service, and wasn’t given a refund or a compensation option to move the ticket time.. me and my fiance wanted to see obsession as it is trending, he has his hatd copy ID but I only have my digital one through the app, which government officials like police officers take and it is advised to do if u forget ur wallet… but apparently AMC quail springs is above government officials and are required a hard copy… which the website dose not say anything about hard copy’s only, which I don’t understand why it matters I am a adult with all proof of it. We wasn’t able to be given a refund because it was paid online and when I asked for the ticket time to be moved to another time so I can go get my card copy.. what a waste of gas ngl. But instead I was ignored twice and Ik he heard me because he looked me dead straight in the eyes. No other AMC has done this to me nor have I been treated this bad. I’ve worked as a cashier in my teens and if a person looks way over the age of 21 you don’t even need to ID them.. you got one hard copy and I was adamit about being an adult with proof? Why dose this even matter and why can’t u take a trusted app that has my ID digatily and jus advise next time I bring my hard copy, but instead our money was tooken…

In the Men’s bathroom right next to auditorium 15, there are three sinks with sensors that turn on the faucets automatically. The sink on the far right has its water pressure turned up so high that droplets of water shoot out several feet in every direction, a couple of which landed on my khaki pants. I don’t mean to sound crude, but it looked like I had urinated on my khaki pants. However, in the heat of the moment I decided to wipe my wet hands around the spot so that it would look like it was just water that splashed a little far. This did not work. In fact, it made the problem so much worse. Everyone in my group thought that I had urinated IN my khaki pants. When I tried to explain the situation, I sounded insane and no one would believe me. I felt like I was going mad. However, I then saw Project Hail Mary in theaters. Five stars.
