Theater itself is fine. But many of the chairs no longer recliner. Our popcorn was cold and not very good. Got as much as we paid for it, it should have been better. Our second batch was good. The sound and visuals us the movie were good too.

The theater is clean. Service was efficient. I found their seats uncomfortable. The foot rest doesn't go up far enough and the controls were difficult to figure out. My seat was not working when we arrived, but the employee kindly and promptly fixed the problem. We did like that you fill/refill your own drinks, so that you get exactly what you want.

Drove 20 minutes to this AMC location specifically to purchase popcorn and arrived around 9:00 PM. I called multiple times beforehand and nobody answered the phone. When I got there, the popcorn machine was full and clearly stocked, but I was told they were closed and could not sell any. What made the experience even more frustrating is that there are no posted hours on Google indicating when popcorn sales end or when the concession stand closes. A simple update online or answering the phone could have saved me a wasted trip. Very disappointing customer service and poor communication.

Very nice people working the refreshments counter. Very friendly. Also, you do pay a premium for your choice of beverages or edibles, but you get quality. The popcorn is fresh and the Coca-Cola magic machine is fantastic. I always get Diet Coke/ Orange.

We spent $122 / 5 ticket tickets popcorn and 4 drinks We were in theatre 5 and the AC was definitely broken so disappointed it was not enjoyable at all even the kids were complaining!! Completely Unacceptable and the staff said yeah we know it’s a problem
