This Cinema is amazing. There are 10 theaters in this building. The staff are very professional and friendly. As soon as the movie that we watched was over, the staff members were in there cleaning the theater. This was the case in the lobby as well as the snack area. I am truly impressed with Icon Cinema OKC. Did I mention that the popcorn and drinks are all you can eat and drink. On other words; refills are free. Also, the seats in the theaters recline and are very comfortable. The feeling that you'll get is that of your very own home theater.

The staff at this theater have no professional courtesy! Not friendly and have no professional tact! Myself,my mother and my friend(all women over 50,mind you) went to enjoy the movie and commenting and laughing about some of the movie. We are not troublemakers but someone(1 of the 6 people there) took there time to report us to some guy who came to tell us to be quiet and then circled back to threaten us that we would be removed! We paid to enjoy that movie just like everyone else and we weren't making anymore noise that impaired anyone from enjoying the movie.

Even though it's smaller theater it's fantastic it has cold A/C in the summer and the seats are good and the best part is that it had unlimited popcorn on what ever size you choose that's very much worth it for this theater.

Movie seats are so comfy, popcorn is yummy! Sometimes the sound bleeds from other theaters but it's not too distracting. All quite tolerable and decent for the price. However, the bathrooms were terrible! Only one sink worked, no soap, one door actually locked, no hooks on the doors, grime piled in the corners and toilet paper dispensers empty or on the floor. Makes me wonder if they clean their kitchen!!

I’m giving 4 stars because the seats are nice. Other than that, I wouldn’t go back. Too many people working and standing behind the counter chatting almost felt like we were interrupting them by having them actually work when we purchased concession and tickets. It was kinda weird. The self-serve popcorn sounded like a really good concept, but it was kind of slow and messy. And then the paper bags get all buttery on the bottom when you sit it down to pour the butter. It just was like the popcorn bags didn’t really fit underneath very well. The popcorn didn’t seem very fresh either. The Nachos were decent. I like that you can get your own cheese. The women’s bathroom had the most terrible smell in it. The faucets do not work very well. It just really needs some updating and it almost has an eerie old daycare look about it with the weird paint all over the halls. But again the seats are extremely comfortable and nice. I guess that’s where the money was spent when they “remodeled” the place.
