Movie starts 11pm. I get there at 1040. Get a large popcorn and drink and I ask about the refill policy since every theater is different. And they inform me that the concession closes in 15 mins... Are you serious? If they're going to start a movie late then the concession should also be open for a while after the last showing. The guy did offer me a refill in a separate container but it would be ice cold by the time I got to it. Then to make matters worse, the popcorn had a bitter taste. As if the oil was burnt, not the necessarily the popcorn itself. So not only did I spend $40 but I couldn't even enjoy the movie. Truly disappointing in their practices. I'm sure it's better if you go earlier but not everyone is able to. If I'm spending $17 a ticket plus concessions, I'd expect to be able get the same privledges as the others...

Very unprofessional staff they were all on there phones or flirting with customers got a snack and they practically threw my change into my hand the actual movie theater stunk and was covered in trash and food from the night before spent 50 dollars to take my kids to a movie on March 7 at 9. I will never come back to this location and advise you to take your business across town

Love watching movies in the Dolby theater, great experience. Watched new Avatar: Fire and Ash in the Dolby theater, it was awesome especially with the 3D. For snacks, I can only recommend a classic popcorn with no butter and a drink of your choice.

Quail Springs AMC is the best theater with the best options for viewing in the greater OKC metro area. If I lived closer to Quail Springs Mall, it would probably be the only theater my family would go to. But we are equally distant from all theaters - Quail Springs to the west, Tinseltown to the south, Regal to the Northeast. To me, they are all good. BUT... Tinsletown has the cheapest tickets by far and the easiest drive to get there (straight down Boulevard).
