I came to see Toy Story 5 with my two daughters, ages 2 and 6. I had specifically purchased recliner seats online because I wanted them to be comfortable and enjoy the movie. Unfortunately, when we arrived upstairs, we were informed that my youngest daughter was not allowed in that particular theater section. While I understand the policy, it was frustrating because there was no indication of that restriction during the online ticket purchase process. After spending around $80 on tickets, finding out at the last minute was definitely disappointing. That being said, the manager John completely turned the experience around. He remained professional, patient, and understanding even while I was admittedly frustrated. He immediately offered a refund, which I accepted, and then helped us find another showing about 30 minutes later. To my surprise, he reissued our tickets at no charge and made sure my girls would still get to enjoy their day. We ended up staying for lunch at the restaurant inside the theater while we waited, and the entire experience after that was excellent. Customer service is tested when something goes wrong, not when everything goes right, and this manager handled the situation exceptionally well. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to make things right turned what could have been a very negative experience into a positive one. My only recommendation would be for the theater to clearly disclose age restrictions for certain seating areas during the online booking process so families can avoid this situation altogether. Other than that, I couldn't be more appreciative of how we were treated, and my girls still had a great day at the movies.

Let’s not beat around the bush. It’s an incredible theatre that has slowly beat down its customer base with increased prices. Regal’s ownership has demonstrated one thing: remove the charm for corporate greed. Get rid of real tickets for receipt paper. Remove static aesthetically pleasing price boards for corporate sponsored tv screens. Close as much as possible, streamline the process, remove the charm, and live off of what Warren built before we bought it. Frankly, the staff seemed irritated to be here. I don’t blame them when a medium Pepsi is close to $10. I’m sure they hear plenty of complaints. It would be fine but AMC, Harkens, ect. Are competing. My advice? Save the Warren for a big movie every year. Go elsewhere for everything else.

I love Regal Theatres. Their Tuesday promotions are hard to beat, with heavily discounted ticket prices that apply to more than just standard screenings. You can get great deals on IMAX, 4DX, and 3D showings, plus 50% off popcorn. It's one of the best entertainment values around. The reclining seats are incredibly comfortable. In fact, I may have dozed off a few times during The Mandalorian & Grogu—but at my age, I fall asleep at stoplights, so take that for what it's worth. You won't find a better theater chain in my opinion. The location in Moore is impressive—large, clean, and featuring an on-site diner, which is a unique touch. I didn't get a chance to eat there, but the menu looked good and it had that classic American diner atmosphere. That said, I personally prefer the aesthetics of the Regal in Midwest City. It has an old Hollywood charm that really stands out. I've never been to the Mann Theatre in Hollywood, but this is what I imagine it would feel like: red carpet, velvet accents, brass fixtures, and rows of glowing bulbs. The whole place has a classic movie-palace vibe that I absolutely love. 10 out of 10. Highly recommended.

I love this movie theater but the 4dx got bad over time me and my sister only do 4dx but sadly the experiences is not like it use to be the 4dx experience stopped doing the water or smoke or lighting or bubbles what happen. I think the 4dx theater may need some maintenance or its technical is getting old . Especially 2 weeks ago we tried the AMC Quail spring they have upgraded since the last time i have been .I hope they can fix the issue becasue this movie theater is awesome.

We sat in the recliner seats and it was so perfect! Very clean! We pressed a button and they brought out food and drinks! Great place! We will be back! Its great for girls nights or even date nights! Much needed! ❤️🫶 thank you for making it a great day! I never get to go out. Got to many kids!
