Tickets are easy to order online, there's always ample parking, and immediately get right in... granted I only go to movies during the week so I'm not sure what it's like during the weekend. I love a soda and popcorn for a movie but you're going to take a hit to the wallet. I'm not sure how kids can afford to go to the movies these days. Seats are comfortable and it always seems to be clean, granted it's a dark room. The Dolby Cinema was amazing when seeing a moving with gun battles! Bringing back older movies to the big screen is also a good touch!

They didn't have our order ready even though it was packed the night before. Then we got in our alist line. And got yelled at because the idea of that line was you get helped first or always has been but I guess they now just alternate idk what the point. Anyways the manager didn't care and could care less if I was there or not. I think it's time we cancel our membership and go to regal or someplace where customers are appreciate and cared for.

The theater itself is decent, but the value just isn’t there for the price. Tickets and concessions feel overpriced compared to what you get in return. The experience isn’t bad, but it doesn’t stand out enough to justify the cost when streaming at home is much cheaper and more comfortable. The surrounding area also doesn’t feel great, especially in the evening, which takes away from the overall experience. Staff and cleanliness were fine, but overall it just feels like you’re paying premium prices for an average experience. I’d only come back if there’s something I really want to see in theaters.

Comfortable chairs, good sound and picture quality. I in the back row and there was a plastic runner that cut across the lower portion of the screen. It is clear but still a distraction. The theater faces a large parking lot and a somewhat desolate looking area.

Not crowded at all on a Tuesday night. You go inside to buy tickets. Online orders can skip the line if they have someone standing by to scan it. Theater is relatively clean overall though the bathroom wasn't the best. I was in Auditorium 9. The seat was comfortable to me and is a bit like a firm couch. Every 2 seats are grouped together so you only get an arm rest on one side. Sound quality is good with a comfortable volume. The projector has good contrast and color, but seemed to be misaligned and slightly out of focus. About 5% of the image is off screen, there's a minor skew, and the edges of the image are a bit blurry. It's decent enough that most people won't notice, but still somewhat disappointing. Overall the standard showing in room 9 is a fine experience but nothing special. I'm still giving 4/5 because the comfortable seating and audio level are most important to me.
