We had the opportunity to head over to Cinergy to try the axe throwing, bowling, video games, and food. First impression the place is very clean, well staffed, and still looks quite new. Nothing was broken, worn out, or out of order. It was a bit smaller than expected, but it really didn't need to be any bigger. The axe throwing lanes were the best I have ever seen. The targets are projected on the wood so one could change what they are aiming for. The throwing attendant, Sam, was very friendly and helpful. The food was also good. We have some picky eaters and everyone kept telling me how much they liked their meal. The bowling lanes were fresh and tidy. We tried hyperbowling for the first time. It is a cross between pool and bowling. It's harder than it looks but really fun. Overall, we had a great time and spent a fortune (but what doesn't cost a fortune nowadays)

Absolutely best place to go for a fun night with a wide variety of options to choose from including Arcade Games, Movies, Bowling, Axe Throwing, Escape Room and even a kitchen and bar!

Just went and saw Obsession on Memorial day with the husband. The movie was fantastic, highly recommend. The one downside was they didn't fully turn the lights off so the screen was really hard to see at some points. We got drinks at the bar and the staff were really great. Definitely would come back for the seats!

Took my son here for his birthday. The game prices and the bowling lane prices were astronomical. When we first got to the movies, we ordered two drinks through the app to our seats. After waiting 25 minutes and other people in our party receiving their food, I asked the server about our missing drinks. I was told “the kitchen is backed up“. I then waited longer after an hour and not seeing any servers coming through the theater anymore I left the movie to go find the drinks. I was sent to the bar, then to concessions to be told that it was the kitchen‘s fault. The “supervisor“ offered no apology, and didn’t do anything to try and make it right. She only blamed the other team members and then asked me three times “but you still want the drinks?“ After spending so much money in their establishments it would have been nice to have a member of leadership take ownership of their teams mess up and try to correct it for the guest.

The potential experience here is easily 5 stars, lots of great games, clean theater, great food. However, on a recent visit I preordered tickets and food in the app. The app lost my order and it took over 20 minutes for them to figure out that it had been lost and then I had to reorder my food. I had a pending charge on my credit card for the food I then had to ensure didn't post, I basically left with homework. So I missed a big chunk of my movie, got my food super late, and still paid full price for it all. The app is a travesty, and I'll never use it again, if I come back. Its super shady that in the app the moved the option to cancel/pause your subscription into the FAQ section, instead of where it was, the subscription management page. The people had a chance to do something, anything, to make my experience better after the app messed everything up didn't.
