The movie, sound system, screen and seating even just the amount of spacing between rows and seats were great, truly the most comfortable theater I have ever been too! However, the staff did NOT have good customer service at all. Out of the 5 employees I interacted only 1 was nice and just a great person. For that one person and because I truly did like the theater is why I am giving it 3 stars if not I truly would have given them 1 star.

Hadn't been to this theater in years, but we decided to try out their recently renovated IMAX for the first showing of The Mandalorian and Grogu on opening day. It was great to watch the movie on a big screen at a time that worked for us, but the rest of the experience was a letdown. ​The concession area and theater were clean, but it was the first showing of the day right after they opened, so that's probably why. There is no ticket taker anymore, so everything is handled at concessions. Prices were standard, but the popcorn was awful. It was completely stale, cold, and not fresh at all. My husband went back to get a refill immediately, and the second batch was even worse. I couldn't even eat it and threw a $11 tub away. Walking out, I noticed they weren't even using their popcorn machines, so who knows where it's coming from. ​The new seats were the biggest disappointment. They are motorized recliners with independent controls and heat features, but the design is terrible. The entire seat slants forward toward the ground, so you constantly feel like you are sliding out of it. The footrest leaves your feet at an angle instead of elevating them. I thought mine was broken and swapped with my husband, but both were just really uncomfortable. You want your legs higher than your butt in a recliner, not to feel like you are leaning forward the whole time. ​The sound and screen were fine, but I think we have better options in town. If you go to the movies, you want to be comfortable and have good popcorn. This place failed at both, so the larger screen didn't really matter. The bathrooms were clean but desperately need an update. We were curious about trying their Titan Luxe theater, but if it uses these same sliding seats, we won't bother. Plus, the horrible popcorn. If we want a true IMAX experience, we will probably just drive out of town next time. And for all others, we'll stick with our preferred theater.

Don't sit at the edges. The audio peaks in screen 16 were so unbelievably painful that I had to ask to move seats. I've been beside speakers at large concerts and it has never once hurt like that did. The workers were really nice and let me switch to the middle of the very back row. Once I was in that seat, it was perfect and the seats were comfortable and I could sit through the rest of the movie. I was only in that seat for maybe fifteen minutes and my right eardrum is still throbbing a day later. Its frustrating because moving seats solved the problem, but the seats right next to the speakers absolutely shouldn't be sold. Or the the very least the audio needs adjusted so the high points aren't so rough on those seats.

I love going on Tuesday! It's always fun to go to the theater. So far the line to pay for our tickets 🎟 popcorn 🍿 and drinks🥤is fairly fast! I love the refill for our popcorn and drink!

The staff was friendly, The theater was good The seating was comfortable. The fries were good by themselves. We got popcorn which was good, but I didn't like the street fries" 😅 never again.
