We hosted a birthday party at Cinemark Missouri City and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Marcus and Melany were incredible from start to finish, so friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making everything run smoothly. Managers Jonathan and Amarisse also went above and beyond to ensure our group was taken care of and that the entire celebration felt effortless. Thanks to this amazing team, the party was enjoyable, organized, and completely stress‑free. Their customer service was exceptional, and we’re so grateful for the care they put into making the day special. Highly recommend this location for events and great service!

When arriving, to the movie theater, the building is properly lit up. It's easy to find. There's plenty of parking with security. At the door, security checks underaged teenagers i.d. The surround sound was perfect to enjoy the movie. Plush remote recliner seat weren't torn. They were made of soft leather. Other people in our group were pleased, about their seat because the buttons worked. You may want to bring a small blanket. The temp felt like 72°(cool). If you like movie snacks, then you'll try to be first in line to get fresh popcorn and a cold drink. Staff members are trained to be pleasant. They were attentive and directed us to the area of where it movie would be playing. I saw someone coming from cleaning the restroom. I guess they don't mind keeping up with that, for the customers. The many theaters, on this building, will definitely accommodate everyone. If you don't purchase your tickets online, you can still receive them at the inside counter or window. Whoever brings their dog wherever they go, will not be able to bring it to this location. I'm going to return one-day, in the best future.

Great location! They have reclining heated seats with a tray for your food. They also sell a lot more food options compared to some other locations.

This Has to be one of my favorite movie theaters I’ve ever been to, yes, I know it’s brand new however, everyone was so nice as well as the popcorn was fresh. The seats were really nice and plush, it was very much giving luxury in the suburbs. My husband and I had a date night tonight to go and see the premiere of Black Panther, which I will say. It was an amazing movie, go see it. When we arrived, there was a step and repeat where we were able to take pictures and videos and I thought that was really cool. The workers were more than happy to take pictures of us even though we did have a tripod so I thought that was really great, my husband ate a Pizza Hut pepperoni 🍕 pizza! And I had some popcorn I got the frozen margarita, but it wasn’t strong ! Overall, I can’t wait to come back with friends, come back again for date night. It was such a great experience. I loved it, and I can not wait to be back!

Cinemark Missouri City and XD ambiance is really good and the theatre is neatly maintained. Screen clarity is absolutely good. The one thing which I don't like is the sound system which is not up to the standard. The main speakers sound is too low and not providing the theatre atmosphere while watching the movies. I sounds like watching in my home theater system. Cinemark needs to fix the audio issues.
