I went to see the backroom moive with my cousin which we are 15 and the front desk lady ask for a ID, my sister that is 25 showed her ID and then the lady ask for ares but we didn't have any which the lady continues to say are you there parent or Guardian and at first my sister said no as she doesn't understand that much English so me and my cousin tired to help her by saying no that she wass actually are guardian and the lady said that we can't whatch it with her as she is not are parents but it sates that you can watch it with a guardian if your a minor so we didn't know what to do so we got are tickets thorough online and it was going good but as soon as a other lady asked us for ID she my cousin told them that we're minors and that she was are guardian, she said no that are parent has to come with us so she said that we can get a refund which they indeed gave us and I didn't get names. I think the lady was just being rude at the front desk she could have been understand able but she wasn't also why would they ask if she was are guardian in the first place if it was only parent they could of said that, I'm actually so mad.

I went with my 17-year-old brother to watch Super Mario Galaxy, and honestly the whole experience was pretty frustrating. Even though we brought our IDs and I’m his brother, they still didn’t let us in. Also, when you’re buying tickets, you really have to be careful. There’s an “add to cart” button right away, and if you don’t scroll down, you won’t even see the policy. So you can easily add tickets to your cart and pay without ever noticing it, which doesn’t feel right at all. I requested a refund 45 minutes before the movie started, and they still charged me a booking fee, which was disappointing. At least I got most of my money back and ended up going to Regal instead, which is honestly way better. This whole thing happened just because I chose a theater closer to home… big mistake. I won’t be coming back. P.S. Both times I’ve been there, the place was super dirty, especially the bathrooms.

We come to this Cinemark theater often because it’s in our neighborhood. The staff is friendly and the building is clean, but the seats are completely unacceptable. They’re worn down, ugly, and clearly neglected. There’s no excuse for charging people to sit in seats that look like this. Let’s be honest, this wouldn’t fly in a more affluent area like Playa Vista. Cinemark, fix the seats at this location. We shouldn’t have to pay to be uncomfortable in a rundown theater.
