It’s a beautiful facility and location. The upstairs lounge is amazing. Popcorn, Diet Coke and a white claw is an amazing combo. I was a bit disappointed the popcorn and pizza I got wasn’t super fresh. I came early and have been enjoying the upstairs ambiance. The staff have been polite and friendly. They answered all of my questions and chatted with me. I’ll come back!

Consistently great experience for family movie !! We’ve watched a couple of movies here in the past, and this most recent visit to see Super Mario with my daughter was no exception. The experience is consistently high-quality. ​The theater is very clean and the location in Playa Vista is great. A big plus for me is the efficiency—I ordered our food via the app, and it was ready exactly on time and actually tasted good, which isn't always the case at theaters. The staff is also very friendly and makes the whole process easy. ​Definitely our go-to spot for family movies.

Imagine watching a movie with your little brother. Next thing you know, You have a girl with blue hair screaming at you that she is going to kick you out if you keep recording. At no point did we have any devices out. We explained to her that they can check the cameras to confirm that we never took out any device. She doubled down and left. Manager arrived and we had to speak with management. This is a very unprofessional way to treat a regular patron and made the night miserable knowing they would treat someone like this.

Great experience and definitely worth the money if you want a extra spacious clean seating area. I liked it wasn't very crowded

This was my favorite movie theater until a young girl with blue hair scream at my little brother and I for "recording" . At no moment did we ever took our phones but she insisted she will kick us out if we did it again. That made me mad and went outside to talk to the manager. they lost a long time customer.
