They need to keep a consistent time of opening. If my movie starts at 10:50am. Do you open at 10:45am? Last time I was here they opened at 10:30am. No one's at the window. People are waiting by the doors.

I been going to this movies theater for a while, and its been good so far. Today June 4 2026, a lady at the roster with red hair and glasses was very rude and overall horrible. Best way i can describe the service she give us, was very rude to my brothers, and yelled at them just because they wanted to make sure she charged them right. And she told them “its not my fault you weren’t paying attention, make sure your paying attention next time”, what kind of service is that? Its a working environment, and she was being disrespectful TO KIDS. Never coming again.

pretty good theater! it's very clean, very nice. my only complaint is that the movie projector is too dim. very dim

This is the worst theater to watch any horror/ scary, or any movies with darkness in them. I'm assuming their screens are really old. The screens are so bad! They're kinda blurry but they also make everything so much darker. Audio is terrible as well and it doesn't help that people are always talking. I was so disappointed with my last visit. I'm coming back here after a couple of days of watching the movie. I've seen videos of the movie that people have posted on social media and I basically didn't even watch the same movie. I deserve a refund!! The entire movie was blurred and so freaking dark! The scene where she was crying in the corner of the room was a big blurry blob!! At some point I told my mom, "I cant see anything, like what is that supposed to be?" And she said I think that's the way it's supposed to be. We watched obsession btw. In this movie the main characters face is purposely put in the dark at times. But not the entire movie!!! In this economy it's not worth paying almost thirty dollars to visit this theatre. Go somewhere else!!

This movie theater is super spanish speaking friendly. Almost all the movies have spanish subtitles and some even have dubbed Spanish audio. Which is almost unheard of. Very friendly staff and always clean. Even the bathrooms. Great for family entertainment
