I am writing to the theater management. I really like your movie theater and enjoy visiting it with my family. However, it would be great if the seats and tables were wiped down after each screening. Today I came with my family and found that the table and seat were very dirty and greasy. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any wet wipes with me to clean them. Please make sure that seats and tables are clean before new guests arrive. Alternatively, you could consider placing containers with wet wipes in the theater so visitors can clean the surfaces if needed. Thank you for your attention and for taking care of your guests’ comfort. I would also like to mention that Auditorium 3 was very stuffy today. It would be great if attention could be given to ventilation and air circulation to ensure a more comfortable experience for visitors during the screening.

Cameron and Ethan were absolutely amazing. I came with my four kids and they were pleasant and went above and beyond with their customer service. They assisted bringing our snacks to the theatre so I didn’t have to make multiple trips. I’ve never had this type of treatment ever. Absolutely LOVE this theatre and staff!

Nice movie theater. Great seats, reclining with swivel tables. Refreshments are outrageously overpriced: something like $10 for a small popcorn and the same again for a fountain drink. Sure, there are "free" refills on the soda, but still.

Ticket prices are great. the theater itself is clean with comfortable recliners. Food and drink prices are crazy eat before coming.

This was our first time at this smaller, more intimate, but newer theater in Sacramento. We were pleasantly surprised and pleased. Although smaller it offers everything that the larger newer theaters in Sacramento have, such as Century at Arden and the Centre at doco. I would recommend this for anyone. The concession stand offers more than your traditional movie theater fare, such as beer, wine, pizza and other food. Also leave prices are cheaper than Century Theaters. The theater we were in was one of the smaller theaters but it was clean, comfortable and still smelled new. They have a self serve soda area. What I did notice though is that there was not a secondary exit out of the theater. I always scan public places for exits just in case there is an emergency. Also, I was not aware that the entrance to the theater was inside the mall. We walked around outside for a while before realizing that. Overall, it was a great experience and we definitely plan to come again. Another great Park? Every Tuesday is $5 Tuesdays! For every movie too!
