Love AMC. Service was good. But at time to order .we didn't like the cashier Service , we order the popcorn bucket 3 cups and we pay 83 .dll and give him 100dll. never received back change and the hi left to look for the stuff. So please be careful at the time pay. Received your change back .

I think overall this theater is of exceptional quality with incredible staff. Unfortunately, it’s the audience itself that comes to the theater that ruins the experience. Everyone talks, texts and scrolls on their phones for entire screenings and it really ruins the atmosphere of the theater going experience. The complete lack of awareness ruins the fun of the movies. This isn’t your home and if you can’t put your phone down or silence yourself for two hours you shouldn’t be going to the movies in the first place. If there were active attendants going around to check audience behavior during screenings - particularly on the weekends - I think the experience would really improve.

Very clean, nice controlled weather temperature, comfortable seats and great ticket prices. Love the experience of watching movies in a giant screen.

Pretty small but it’s one of the least expensive AMCs in San Diego and hey, it gets the job done, you still get to see a movie in theaters AND pay less than the other locations. I love how on Tuesdays and Wednesdays if you’re signed up for the rewards you can get tickets 50% off even for IMAX and DOLBY so that’s pretty good.

We’ve tried giving my this theater so many chances because it’s the closest one to us but EVERY SINGLE TIME we have come there are loud, annoying, rude teenagers that have ZERO care for others trying to listen to a movie that we all paid to watch. They are so loud it is impossible to hear anything even over the speakers in the theater room. Parents are with the kids and they literally don’t care, never telling their kids to be quiet and don’t teach them to be respectful of others around them. One of the kids was even recording the entire time for who knows what reason. The parents instead look over at the kids and smile, condoning that behavior. NEVER again. We let an employee know that we wanted a refund for the movie because we left at the beginning due to loud kids and the attendant didn’t care to address the loud kids but gave us the refund with no issues. Rather take my business to the one in Chula Vista. This place also has low quality food and old candy for sale. Everything about this place is not worth it.
