I think malls are making a comeback! This place was packed full of teenagers, Adults and seniors. We had a great time. All the shops were loaded full of cool Goodies and things to buy very hip and trendy. The annoying part was the train that was going around in the bottom. That kept honking its horn to get people out of their way.I think that probably needs to leave the mall soon as it's probably as serious liability.

I came on a Wednesday night to take advantage of their 50% off movies, and everything started out great. The picture quality was super crisp, clear, and detailed. There were only three of us in the theater, which was nice and quiet — until I noticed my eyes were itching and realized there was smoke in the air. I went to the front desk and spoke with Lupita, who immediately called the manager on duty, Jose. Both of them were amazing from start to finish. Jose came into the theater right away, checked the situation himself, and even sat for several minutes to observe. He acknowledged the issue and came back multiple times to check on me. Even though he wasn’t able to catch the person smoking in the act, he still made things right and gave me a voucher for another movie. The way Jose handled everything was very professional and impressive. Big thanks to both Jose and Lupita for their outstanding customer service. I really appreciate how seriously they took the situation and how well they treated me. I’ll definitely be back!

A state of the art movie theater. Decent selection of the latest movies. Good snackbar. Seating inside is relaxing, and very good sound system. . Great place to watch movies.

Movies are always amazing at AMC PB, I’ve not gone to a movie as frequently as I have in the past and now there are so many different options like Dolby, imax, XL…..and so on. I went to an XL and honestly didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary. Still….great time and good movies.

I purchased two tickets to watch the season finale of Stranger Things, expecting an exciting and memorable theater experience. Unfortunately, that expectation quickly unraveled. After navigating an unusually long concession line, we finally made our way to the auditorium—only to discover that one of the seats we had paid for quite literally did not exist. AMC sold us a ticket for a seat that was not present in the theater. I went to guest services immediately, assuming this would be a straightforward fix. Instead, I was told that a refund for the nonexistent seat was not possible. To be clear, I was not asking for a refund for both tickets—only for the single seat that was never there. Despite this, the only compensation offered was concession stand credit, which does not address the core issue: being charged for something that could not be provided. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially for what should have been a special event. Situations like this are precisely why my wife and I prefer Regal Cinemas. We have never encountered anything remotely similar there, and issues—when they arise—are handled reasonably and professionally. Because of this incident, I will not be returning to AMC. Selling customers seats that don’t exist and then refusing to refund them is unacceptable for a major theater chain.
