Love this theater. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the films and their menu!!!!!! The food is delicious. True high end restaurant quality. I had the pleasure of hosting an event there and the grazing station was spectacular! Thank you THE LOT La Jolla. See you soon for happy hour!!

Update: We came back and ate in the restaurant and it was awesome. My wife had the ahi tacos and I had the parmesan garlic french fries. They were both 10 out of 10. My favorite movie place in San Diego. Mostly because they come to your awesome recliner seats and wait on you and I'm very lazy. Plus it's really spaced out in there so you feel like you're in your own private Idaho.

Highly recommended! We had a wonderful experience at this movie theater. Ordering food from inside the theater was very easy using the QR code available at each seat. The staff was also available to assist with food requests, and everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. The seats were very comfortable, and the view of the screen was great from every seat.

Water is a human right. It's not about the plastic. After spending over $100 at the Lot the least you would expect is a complimentary cup of water, but the new owners just want your money. They are fine allowing for the patrons to be overserved, because they are getting money. But ask for water? How about $3.50 for a bottle? The owners are asking for a overserved lawsuit and are happy to hold the community hostage until they are forced to overturn their antihuman policy and give water freely to patrons. Its not about the plastic because they still solely offer plastic straws and cups. The no free water cup policy is solely to ensure that your movie experience is costly. The answer for the average movie goer who still wants to pay for the movie theater experience? Smuggle in all your concessions and remember to bring your own booze, snacks, and water.
