AMC Eastridge 15

I have been coming to my theater my whole life and didn’t even think to write a bad review until now. Not only is their hvac NEVER working, but they are so stingy with everything. I know I’m going to come off as a bratty teenager who wanted to bypass the rules, but when I tried to go watch backrooms today with my brother, they refused to let me in. He is an adult not yet 21, and I am only two years below the standard watching age for that movie, it’s not that deep. We were going to be okay with it and just move on so it wouldn’t ruin our experience, but they proceeded to stand outside each theater to check ids? When I went to the bathroom while watching the mandalorian and grogu, you could always see workers outside that specific theater with a rated R movie. Never have I seen that happen, and I think it was just doing wayyyy too much. They should high-key be focusing on fixing their hvac, or cleaning the floors because they are so sticky. Me and my brother have been loyal a-list customers for over a year now, and it was just sad to see them be so strict. I understand the rules, but that guarding was too much.

I’m writing this review because the staff of this theater were very shady and I believe stole my money (~$80). I went to the movies on Monday, 3/23/26 at 5:15 pm in auditorium 5 seat D10. When I left, I forgot my wallet in the cup holder and didn’t check to see if I had it until Friday. I called the staff about this and the person on the phone said they probably threw it out so he wouldn’t check. I said it had my IDs and cards in there and he acted very strange on the phone and said he would call me back if they found it, but was reluctant to check. So I drove there myself because I saw my apple tag was in the theater still. When I arrived, he did not want to let me check even though there was no movie airing. I showed him my air tag directing that showed it was in the theater and he finally let me search for the wallet. The only reason I found my wallet after 10 minutes of looking was because of my air tag. Someone took the cash out and stuffed the wallet under the recliner portion of the seat. I can not fully claim that the workers did this, but they acted very suspicious and could have at least tried to find it. I also understand that the employees clean up after movies so overall the situation was very suspicious and not handled appropriately.

I was excited for my first theater movie experience and AMC delivered. I had a great experience at AMC Eastridge 15! Dolby Cinema is a truly immersive experience, and it's great that I got to enjoy it for your first time at the movies. I've heard good things about Blue Beetle. The Latino representation in Blue Beetle is important. It's great to see a superhero movie that features a Latino lead character. I'm glad that AMC Eastridge 15 is showing films that are inclusive and diverse. Now my review in stars * The Dolby Cinema experience is amazing. The picture and sound quality are top-notch, and I could feel the vibrations and actions in the movie through my whole body. It was like my body was watching the movie not just my eyes. * The theater was clean and well-maintained. The seats were comfortable and spacious, and the legroom was ample. * The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were always willing to answer questions. * The theater was located in a convenient location (the mall that I have categorized as the fun family eye shopping place. It is great for birthday). It was easy to find and get to, and there was plenty of accessible parking available. Additional things to note: * The ticket prices are a bit higher than some other theaters, but I think it's worth it for the Dolby Cinema experience. * The theater can get crowded, especially on weekends. If you want to avoid the crowds, I recommend going during the week or during the early morning or late evening hours. * The theater has vending machines, there is a snack bar that sells popcorn, candy, drinks, and other snacks. Overall, I think AMC Eastridge 15 is a great place to see a movie. The Dolby Cinema experience is amazing, and the theater is clean, well-maintained, and has friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend it to others. If I could, I will give +5 stars. My experience was that lovely.

This AMC is in Eastridge mall. There are a lot of parking and a food court right in front of AMC. If you come early, you can walk around in the mall and eat some food while waiting. This isn't a bad AMC but its facility is on the older side. You only get recliners for Dolby cinema and even those recliners are old. I noticed the arm rest's covers are ruined. Besides Dolby cinema, you only get normal seats for other types. I think they should upgrade the seats here. With that said service is good and the restrooms are clean.

You'll find this AMC smack dab in Eastridge mall, with plenty of parking and a food court just steps away. Getting there early means you can take a stroll around the mall and snag a snack before showtime. Yeah, the place might look a bit worn, but the service is good enough, and the bathrooms are always tidy. The only bummer? Well, other than those cushy recliners in the Dolby cinema, the regular seats could really do with an upgrade. Maybe spicing up the seating choices would kick the movie experience up a notch here.
