We arrived at "Q" store around 30 minutes before closing, this employee refused to let us inside the store. She said the other employees are already counting the registers and sweeping the floor. Why close 30 minutes prior to the mall closing? She rudely told me it's because they want to leave right when the mall closes. I'm sure the store employees are aware that it's against mall policy to lock the store before closing time, which is why she's sneakily standing near the door verbally telling customers they cannot enter instead of just locking the store. Poor customer service.

The mall was clean and not overly crowded. Lots of different stores and food spots. Parking was relatively easy to find in the parking lot.

Celebrating more than 50 years and counting, Eastridge Mall has been serving the community and continues attracting many people of all ages!! Established in 1971 with Over 150 stores, this shopping mall is Silicon Valley Popular Destination for Everything and Everyone!! That is the many shoppings, Dinings, and all sort of your Entertainments experiences!!!! Some of favorite stores located here at Eastridge includes Macy, JC Penny, Hollister, Bath & Body, Victoria Secret, Vans, Austin5, Hot Topic, Allure Accents, Guess, Windsor, and many more!!!! There is a Huge Food Court in the Center of this mall where customers can enjoy all kind of Foods and Drinks. The Bowling and Amusement, Legend Comics and Games, and AMC Theatre here are the top 3 Entertainment Centers that are bringing the most people all days & nights long.
