Movies at the Alamo was nice. Its a cool space decorated with classic movie posters, fantastic comfy seating and the capability to order food and drinks to your seat. I did not try the food since I had lunch elsewhere. There is paid parking attached to the location that is tricky to navigate.

What a great way to see the movies! Along Crystal Drive surrounded by many restaurants and shops, Alamo Drafthouse Cinema focuses on the customer. Walk inside and find a fancier movie theater with comfortable large seats that recline. On top of that, you can order food and drinks from a diverse menu throughout the movie. I enjoyed a hard cider, pizza, and warm chocolate chip cookies with milk as I watched Zootopia 2 with my wife and eight-year-old daughter. When you buy your tickets, you pick your seat too! There's a parking garage with free parking after 4pm and on weekends.

Comfy seats, great location, and clean all the way around! At one point I spilled water onto my seat and asked for napkins.To clean it up, the young lady brought me napkins, waited until I cleaned up the spill, and then took the napkins to dispose of them! This might seem little to you, but the way customer service is lacking so badly in all industries right now, this was amazing to experience. An all around great experience.

The theater is clean, the seats are comfortable, and the screen quality is excellent. The food and drink service is good, with plenty of options and efficient staff. The only drawback is that with servers walking around during the film, it can sometimes take away from the immersion of watching. Overall, it’s still a strong choice for movie lovers and a fun night out.

This was a terrible experience. I placed my order for popcorn at 11:34, and by 12:30 I still had not received it. Meanwhile, customers who ordered after me received their drinks, wings, loaded fries, burgers — everything. Our server, Anthony, kept saying they were backed up, the runner was sick, and he had multiple theaters to manage, but honestly, that has nothing to do with me as the customer. I paid for my experience just like everyone else. To make matters worse, this was my first time visiting, and the parking situation was awful. I paid for parking however there is free parking in the lot beside the theater, but there were no signs or directions explaining that. The most disappointing part was having to leave the movie I paid to watch — leaving my child alone in the theater — just to track down someone and ask why my popcorn still had not arrived after nearly an hour. I repeatedly felt pushed to the back burner. The female manager with the short haircut was also insensitive and not customer-friendly at all, which only made the situation worse instead of helping resolve it. Overall, this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience, and I will not be returning.
