I like the theater because it's in walking distance of a place I visit often. Buy the seats can be a little rickety. They are comfortable once you get reclined though. I also like that it's conveniently located near a few eating places. I walked to get sushi afterwards. You do have to pay for parking though. So by the time you pay for tickets and parking that's easily $40 for two people. But I'm guessing that's normal for the city. Then add popcorn and drinks and you're at $65-$70.

This is a serviceable movie theater that’s main point of convenience is its location. The main reason for this review is mainly to draw attention to the lack of care this location seems to receive. I’ve been to 4 different movies at this location, and each time a set has malfunctioned. All in different theaters. Unfortunately disappointing which is the reason for the 3 stars

This is why I don’t leave my local movie theater. I was waiting my turn in line and noticed the popcorn buckets. I wanted to buy one. There was someone ahead me so I looked briefly. I noticed that the person left and it was my turn. Some RUDE entitled lady came from behind me and started to order. The person working behind the counter SAW ME and this. She looked at me to start my order but the rude person kept ordering. Instead of addressing the situation she LOOKED AWAY, ignored me to continue the person order. I stormed off. Never coming here again as an AMC A-List member.

I love this movie theater due to the fact that it is convenient to the Metro and it has three levels. I saw 11 movies at this theater and I would definitely recommend visiting this movie theater. It is one of my favorites in the DMV and thankfully there are bike racks close to the theater so I can lock up my bike safely. If you are on the lower level the exit to the Metro is right there which is great. I've had really good experiences at this place. Taking the Metro to this AMC is very helpful since it is right there. This place makes me feel happy and satisfied.
