Never Again!!!!! Nice staff but They’re so slow at the concession stand! You make ur own drinks!!!! Man that mens bathroom was disgustingly inappropriate for ALL that money we Pay to Enjoy a movie! Go back to that every hour check cause there ain’t no way!

This movie theater has been around for years, since I was a kid. The surrounding area wasn’t always a good environment and the theater definitely went through a phase of needing renovations. It’s great to see that they have brought this place back to life. I love the recycling seats, anytime I take my children to see a movie here I find myself with the movie watching me lol. It’s clean the staff is friendly and courteous. There is a bunch of food options when you leave here which is a plus as well. My family and I will continue to come here.

The owners/management have understaffed this theater, and it shows. They are not cleaning after each movie showing. The seat I purchased was covered in soda and trash. Luckily it wasn’t sold out, so I just moved into another seat hoping someone didn’t purchase it. The floors in the lobby are sticky, especially the bathrooms. The trash cans were overflowing in the bathroom and most sinks didn’t have soap anymore. During the quieter parts of the movie, you could hear the movie next door playing. It’s also annoying paying $20+ to see a movie and people are taking phone calls during the movie and someone fell asleep and was snoring so loudly. The only good thing is it has reclining seats. Unfortunately, I won’t be back.

I love having the Rivertowne AMC as my local movie theater. The seats are spacious and comfy, everything is always clean, and the staff have always been super friendly and helpful. I've never had less than a 100% positive experience there.

Absolutely disgusting experience. When we arrived, there were no workers at the front, so everyone was stuck waiting in line just to get checked in. Then when we finally got into the theater, it clearly hadn’t even been cleaned from the previous showing. Trash and mess were still everywhere. No seats were cleaned! Completely unacceptable for a movie theater and really ruined the experience. Management seriously needs to do better.
