The movie theater was very comfortable, they have reclining chairs. The concessions stand needs some help, it took forever to order popcorn and a medium soda. It may have been that it was valentine's day when we went but they should be staffed properly for large crowds in those dates

No complaints at this Regal movie theatre. Top floor of a mall area across from the National Portrait Museum. Seats recline and make the experience even better. Large screens with great sound system.

Disgusting. Mountains of popcorn all over the floor. Dirty tissues and trash on the seats. Filthy restrooms. And this was all after the theatre had been prepared for our movie. @Regal Cinemas - you need to do better !!

Convenient. However there is not actual ticket box. Instead there are two kiosk machines which were unreliable. Wanted to save by buying in person to avoid the app convenience fee. The kiosks crashed while making a payment and the other was too slow- ended up buying online. Process Needs improvement

Came to see Mortal Kombat (don't expect it to be good but I'm nostalgic for the franchise). The reason for 5 stars is because of Ameera. In a time where good customer service can be hard to come by (tough times, we are in) she was very friendly and patient and kind. She even did the old-school movie script, "the medium is $1 more" and asked if we wanted to donate. Well done Ameera and thank you for being so friendly :) However, minus 2 because of the people sitting at the end of the back row, one I am almost sure was a staff member who came with someone else to see the movie. They were on their phones A LOT!!! BRIGHT SCREENS IN A MOVIE
