NOT LEGENDARY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Lady at the snack bar left me hanging at about 11:55 pm I was just picking up water. It doesn't take 4 minutes to do that. There were two women standing there. If they didn't see me. What was the hold up? Can you shine some light on theatre 6? I thought it was an exit. Email address never got back to me either.

Went to see Downton Abbey on a weekday afternoon. I was the only person in the theater for a full 15 minutes. It was nice. Four other people came in after but there was more than enough room for everyone to have their own row. Definetly going back during the weekday to catch another film. Going to the movies without a crowd means less noise, less light fron phones, and no crunching in the ear. 10/10.

Awesome IMAX experience. Sound quality is superb on all screens. Loved it. Experience the ultimate in comfort with the stadium's plush seating, top-notch sound quality, and multiple screens for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy the fun of the arcade and indulge in delicious offerings from the well-staffed concession stands. Plus, with a prime location near the Silver Spring Metro Station and a variety of nearby eateries, it’s the perfect spot for an enjoyable outing!

While the facility itself is excellent, our experience was undermined by the behavior of a staff member at the entrance. Once we got upstairs, we weren’t greeted or acknowledged in any courteous manner, instead met with a dismissive and disrespectful tone from a man at the door, pointing at us while saying , “I need to see your IDs.” I fully understand and respect the policy of reviewing IDs for R rated movies, but the manner in which he enforced it was unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile. One member of our group didn’t have their ID with them, and as a result, we were denied entry. When we asked if we could speak with a manager to discuss possible options, the employee ignored us, not once, not twice, but three times. All we could do was just exchange looks with each other. Only after our final request did he respond, doing so with an exaggerated sigh and visible irritation (the kind that you would see in a movie.) before contacting a manager through his radio. During this interaction, the employee waved the IDs he had in our faces in a mocking manner stating, “You need an ID like this,” as if we were too stupid to understand. He followed this with an unsolicited and wildly inappropriate lecture about the dangers of being hospitalized or killed without carrying our IDs. This behavior was condescending, disrespectful, very unnecessary, and to put it bluntly, far beyond the scope of his role as a doorman. The interaction left us uncomfortable and upset to the point that, even after the manager resolved the situation quickly and professionally, we couldn’t focus on the movie and chose to leave shortly afterward. I want to specifically shout out the manager who handled the situation, as her swift action was a polar opposite to the initial encounter. That said, the conduct described above warrants serious review. Front of house staff represent the theater, and behavior like this reflects poorly on an otherwise great theater. I hope the matter is addressed appropriately to ensure other guests are treated with basic respect.

I so enjoy this place – they play not only new releases but also terrific movies from the past! It makes for a fun matinee. Also, the staff is great – diverse in all the lovely ways while always kind, patient, helpful. Richard's especially left a good impression! I am super satisfied with my subscription here!
