Sorry I went there. Feel bad about such beautiful place in such great location going down that bad. But, come on AMC $19 for a seat in a smelling room? Wait, $19 for a glass of cheap wine? Get real. The place is dead and you are not helping a bit. Do not recommend.

As a kid, I was always a huge fan of DC Comics superheroes, and when one of the all-time greats, the Man of Steel himself, returns to save us from today’s chaos, you’ve got to watch him fly on a proper, wide-open screen that does him justice. AMC at Sunset Place was the perfect fortress of solitude for this heroic premiere. Getting in was smooth enough, still a bit packed when we arrived (not shocking, it was Superman’s big return), but the staff handled it like pros. The snack bar had everything you’d need to fuel up before liftoff. For someone with a sweet tooth like mine, their gourmet caramel popcorn hit the spot, especially when mixed with that buttery classic. Toss in some M&Ms or Oreos and you’ve got a combo that’ll have you flying faster than Superman itself. Their soda machines are basically like SuperGirl bubbly fizzy choices, every flavor you can think of, ready for you to mix and match while you down your snack combo. And big shoutout to Daniel, who made sure we got a warm, freshly popped batch of popcorn. Small gesture, heroic impact. Inside the theater, the seats were comfy enough to keep us locked in through the whole action-packed journey. Even without an IMAX screen, the Dolby sound had that cape-flapping intensity and sonic punch that made every scene boom like a Kryptonian showdown. Now, not everything was up, up, and away, the bathrooms and common areas could definitely use a bit more attention. But let’s be honest… it might take Superman himself to keep things spotless with all the popcorn flying around. Kryptonite’s got nothing on a runaway snack spill! 😉 All in all, AMC Sunset Place delivered a premiere-worthy experience that’s ready for your next blockbuster mission. Faster than fast, and just heroic enough.

I loved the longevity of memories created in this place since 1998. But is sad to see it so empty now and the movie theater is the last memory to cherish from this place. It was nice to enjoy a quiet and peaceful movie and not over crowded. But please clean those chairs. And arm rest, please. Staff was great and everything inside looked apart.

Went to watch the iconic F1 movie on IMAX, it was breathtaking. The IMAX screens and Dolby screens here are pure cinema; I always come to this AMC because it’s clean, feels like new, good customer service, delicious food and huge auditoriums.
