I’m writing this review BecauseI would just like to say that it’s Father’s Day today and I was very excited cause my husband was waiting all day so we could go to the movie so he could watch the movie he wanted to see and come to find out that once we get there it’s super hot. The AC is not working on top of that. The movie theater is packed. There’s no AC I go outside to tell the employees they said they will tell one of the managers never got back to stated that they would let us know honestly, I just wanted to leave and get a refund, but I feel so bad for my husband that it was Father’s Day that I didn’t want to ruin it for him as much as I know he was trying to make the best of it. Really sad to see that you guys don’t care About your customers, not even when they’re coming up to you to tell you to please fix the problem on a special day which Father’s Day is very sad to see him very disappointed never will be going back again

I have always loved coming to AMC 18 and have never had any issues until today. I purchased tickets online for an R-rated movie and was unaware of the policy requiring anyone under 17 to be accompanied by someone 21 or older. Once the policy was explained, I immediately arranged for an adult to come. The women at the front were respectful and professional, but an older male employee was extremely rude and dismissive. I simply asked if the minor with me could wait in the concession line while we waited for the adult to arrive, and I was immediately shushed away and treated with disrespect. Even after the adult arrived and purchased tickets, resolving the issue completely, the employee continued to criticize me. I understand that I made a mistake and have no problem with the policy being enforced. However, there is a difference between enforcing a rule and speaking to customers in a condescending and disrespectful manner. What disappointed me most was not the policy itself, but the way I was treated and the way he spoke in front of the child who was present. Customer service should be based on professionalism and respect. I have always enjoyed this theater, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I hope management addresses this and reminds staff that customers deserve courtesy, even when correcting an honest mistake.

Great movie theatre, one of the most comfortable and clean there is in kendall miami. Love their recliner seats which make you miss them whenever you go to a movie theatre that doesn’t have them. I keep going every time that I can even if the movie tickets are expensive but that is not their fault that is every movie theatre in miami. They do got some good deals on Tuesdays which make it even better. Great movie theatre.

Lynda and Customer Service manager needs to be proper upon greeting. Maybe a pay raise would help. We are members who was kicked out over a water bottle. I'm pregnant and had Liquid Ivy in my water. Lynda being so non greetful and wouldn't even smile or look at me in the face. Told me policy or leave. We left. I gave the middle finger. Sorry but not sorry. We're taking our business to Regal Cinema. Restroom is cleaner anyways.

Great experience and the popcorn was super good. I usually have to asked to make a new batch with half of the seasoning... but this time I was in a hurry movie about to start ... and guess what the popcorn was perfect, salt point perfect. Can't complain ... I enjoyed my movie 100% with my popcorn ... I loved it 😍
