Unfortunately, the place felt very old and worn out to me. The furniture appeared heavily used, and the overall condition didn’t create a pleasant impression. During my visit, I noticed stains on the armchairs and seating, and even the screen seemed stained, which negatively affected my experience. The bar service was also disappointing in my experience — it felt like guests were often left unattended, whether someone was waiting at the bar or already seated. Overall, it was a very poor experience for me.

I really love to do here. The convenience to all the shops, movies, great for watching gamesat the bar, food, and parking. The space is beautiful. The vibe is family oriented or great f for dates, friends hang out. I like the fact that it's not to many seats inside each theater room. The reclining chairs are a great touch. Ordering and having your food right at your seat while you watch you movie is great.

DISAPPOINTING “LUXURY” EXPERIENCE AT CMX BRICKELL I recently visited CMX at Brickell City Centre to watch The Devil Wears Prada, and honestly, the experience was far below what you would expect from a supposedly premium movie theater. The reclining seats were in terrible condition. Not only did they look heavily worn and damaged, but the internal foam felt completely worn out too, making the seats uncomfortable instead of relaxing. For a theater marketed as a luxury cinema experience, this is unacceptable. The cleanliness was another major issue. The carpets and floors looked dirty and poorly maintained throughout the theater. When you are paying premium prices, basic cleanliness should not feel like an optional feature. What made the experience even more frustrating was the sound quality. The audio lacked depth and clarity and did not deliver the immersive experience expected from a high-end theater in Brickell. And then there’s the cost. Between movie tickets, popcorn 🍿, sodas, water, beer or whatever snacks/drinks you buy, plus parking, you can easily spend close to $100 for a night at the movies. In my case, parking alone was $20. At those prices, the least customers should expect is: - A clean theater - Comfortable seats in good condition - Properly maintained facilities - High-quality sound Right now, CMX feels like a theater charging luxury prices while offering an experience that no longer matches the brand image. ⭐️ Out of 5

Had a great experience at CMX Brickell City Centre. The theater is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with spacious seating and excellent sound and picture quality. The location is perfect if you’re already spending time in Brickell, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the visit. The overall atmosphere feels more upscale than a typical movie theater, making it a great option for a night out. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a great movie experience in Miami. 🍿🎬 Highly recommended!

Great place to watch the game. We had Luana on a really early rush. Lots of people and only 2 servers. They held the fort down until more staff arrived but she was smiling and helping as best she could. Great fries and truffle fries. We came to watch the game. Best screen in Miami! Great service and staff!
