WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I came here to watch The Devil Wears Prada. My movie started at 8:20 PM, and I decided to order food because that’s literally one of the main reasons people come here, right? I placed and paid for my order at 8:33 PM. Thirty minutes passed—no food. Forty minutes passed—still no food. An hour went by—nothing. I sent my sister to check on the order, and all they told her was, “It’ll be out soon.” I continued waiting. By 10:05 PM, I still had no food. At that point, I went out myself and happened to see wings coming out of the kitchen. I was beyond frustrated and asked to speak with a manager and receive a refund because, honestly, how does it take an hour and a half to make 10 buffalo wings? The waiter immediately took the wings back to the kitchen after I requested a refund and a manager. Then Victor Gonzalez (I believe that’s what his name badge said) came over, processed my refund, apologized, and sent me on my way—without the wings I had waited an hour and a half for! I honestly have to laugh while writing this because I’ve never experienced customer service like this before. I’ve visited other CMX locations and never had a problem, but this Doral location was a complete disappointment. The theater itself is nice, but if you’re planning to eat, don’t bother. And if you’re expecting decent customer service, you may want to lower your expectations.

My experience at CineBistro Doral this Saturday night was extremely disappointing. Our movie started at 5:30 PM, and we arrived a few minutes early to grab a drink at the bar before heading into the theater. Right away, it was obvious the location was severely understaffed. The host at the front was not only scanning tickets but also acting as security, stopping people from going inside to use the restroom unless their tickets were scanned, all while dealing with a very long line. Meanwhile, the bartender was handling a completely full bar by herself and also trying to troubleshoot technical issues with the payment system. Once we got seated in the theater, it took about 10–15 minutes before anyone even came to take our order. We ordered one appetizer, two entrées, and two Cokes. The drinks did not arrive until about 30 minutes later, and the food took approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes to come out. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was just as disappointing as the wait. The rice was undercooked, the meat was chewy, and one of the sides that was supposed to come with the dish was completely missing. This is the first time I’ve had such a poor experience here, so I’m not sure what is happening with management lately, but the staffing issues were impossible to ignore on a Saturday night. I did speak with the manager, who refunded the entrées, and I appreciate that gesture, but overall I left very dissatisfied with the service and experience. Something needs to improve quickly before this location starts losing loyal customers like many other businesses that fail to properly staff and manage operations in this shopping center.

Quality has declined tremendously. Used to come here a lot and the food was always surprisingly good. Today we came after about a year of coming and noticed a huge difference. I’m assuming new management because it’s a big difference. The place was dirty and the food quality was not good at all. We even ordered the churrasco that we had many times before and it tasted completely different. The food all tasted old like it had been sitting out. Margarita tasted like pure juice. Will definitely look for other option for dine in movie theatres after this. Very disappointed.

The movie was good. Seats need repair/replacement. Our food took over 45 minutes to be served and it wasn’t good either. The parking cost was $10.50 seems excessive for just a movie. So needless to say spending $112.00 for a matinee movie with food was not a great experience.

Our next family adventure takes us to CineBistro at the city Place Doral with a rating of 4.4 and more than 2,262 reviews, his place is amazing to spend time with the family it is spacious with excellent costumer service from the front desk when checking your reservation to order your drink or food while waiting for the movie you come to see. The experience was incredible, the seats are very comfortable while you are enjoying the movie, your body relaxes in a position where you want to rest and disconnect from a stressful and noisy city. Recommended place to enjoy with the family and after finishing the movie you can walk around the place to eat some dessert or enjoy the city place for the rest of the night.
