The movie was supposed to start at 7, but it didn’t start until 7:30 - and that was only after I had to track down 3 different team members for help. Apparently there were technical issues with the film before so they were running late. But even after the previous movie ended, I went into an empty theater where two staff members who were supposed to be cleaning were just talking to each other for 15 minutes. Then they left - still no movie. I had to go out of my way to speak to multiple staff members to figure out what was going on. No one reached out proactively to me, or put up a sign, or comped my food or drinks or ticket. It was really disappointing.

It's a super cute spot for dates or family outings. The theaters are great, and the seats are comfy. Plus, the staff is really friendly. I'd suggest getting there a bit early for food and drinks.

This a luxury movie theater in downtown Miami. It has 5 floors. They have reclining seats in every movie room. They can bring food to your seat. They also have a bar in two floors with a big area to drink or eat. Restrooms are clean , modern and cool. I have been coming here since they opened it. The reason I come here is because they are one of the participants for Miami international film festivals. They also have regular movies. There are two parking close by and make sure to validate your parking ticket at the movie theater. For me is a bit far from where I live but definitely it worth’s the drive. Excellent film choices. Recommend it 💯

The customer service I received from Prodigy & Moises was simply fantastic. It was my first time at the movie theater and I had quite a few questions, but they had a clear and friendly answer for each one, making me feel super comfortable from the very beginning. To top off the visit, the popcorn was delicious! Without a doubt, impeccable service that makes you want to come back. Highly recommended!

A while ago, my wife and I attended the premiere of the Michael Jackson movie. At first, we ran into a bit of trouble finding the exact seats we had been assigned, and it was starting to get a little frustrating. Fortunately, we ran into Gabriela. She was absolutely wonderful incredibly kind, quick to understand our situation, and she helped us sort everything out in no time. Thanks to her excellent customer service and great attitude, we were able to settle in and have an amazing night. A huge thank you to Gabriela for turning things around and ensuring we had such a smooth and wonderful experience! Staff members like her truly make all the difference.
